Went through the drive thru, which had a twin lane system. Service was quick, and you can see into the kitchen through the drive thru. There wasn’t an appropriate place for the food runners as they were forced to jam into one window at the end. The facility looked very nice and clean. The employees were quite peppy and hard working! We got two 3 Finger combos. Which came with fries, drinks, texas toast and of course three chicken tenders. The tenders were nicely fried, chicken was juicy, the seasoning was simple. The Cane’s sauce is a mayo based sauce that has some zest to it. The fries surprised me, as I’m not a fan of crinkle cut style but it had a nice crispness and softer middle. Now the texas toast definitely felt like it was lacking the most as it wasn’t toasted much at all and was quite soft. Was also surprised for the price of the combo that the drink sizes were smaller than I expected. The drinks were mixed well and they met my request of “lite ice”. Thank you for a wonderful experience, and will try again soon.

Went here the day after the grand opening. Still a lot of cars waiting in the drive thru and people inside. Nevertheless, Service moved along smoothly. They have a very limited menu, basically just chicken fingers. You can get them on a bun as a sandwich, but not much else. My tenders were hot and juicy. Flavor was ok, not as well seasoned as Popeyes or KFC. They have a Cane sauce that is somewhat peppery. Not sure exactly what it is made of but the tenders were better with it. Fries were good, Cole slaw was good. The sweet tea was pretty good. I ordered the 3 tender meal and they gave me 4, so that was nice. Overall, I thought it was pretty good. Not a place I would go to frequently due to the limited menu, but a nice change of pace from the usual chicken spots.

I decided to try this location, since the one that opened near me in Georgia was still slammed packed since it opened. This was my second time in the area to photograph bald eagles, so I gave it a try, and I must say I was not impressed one bit. I ordered the 3 finger combo, price was normal. The first chicken tender, I felt like I was chewing on a raw breaded chicken wing. It felt like fat, or gristle. The second, and third was a lot better, but the breading was light. Did not care for the toast, the fries were ok, but some were hard. The honey mustard sauce I got was very runny, no thickness at all. I don't think I will be returning to this location or any other. Just not my cup of tea, so I will suggest you all try and hopefully it's an enjoyable experience.

I had a hard time figuring out what rating to give this place. The tenders are probably the best in the area, but that's really all they have. Not a big fan of their fries or Texas toast. I also think the Cane's sauce was overhyped, and I would prefer some nice BBQ sauce to go with my tenders. Unfortunately, the Cane's sauce is all they have.

People will compare this place to Zaxby's because of how similar they are. I think Cane's definitely has the better chicken of the two, but Zaxby's has the edge in terms of variety. Zaxby's has more sauces, more sides (salads, cheddar bites), and the sides that they share (fries, Texas toast) are better. That said, one area where Cane's has an unquestionable advantage is service. They are much faster and more professional than that mess happening at Zaxby's.

3/5 for food, and that's entirely because the tenders are good. The rest of the menu holds them back.

5/5 for service. They'll have you ready in minutes and won't get your order wrong.

I'll split the difference and give them a 4/5. They have potential, but they need more/better options.

Update: I recently went to PDQ in Wake Forest, NC, and it's basically what Cane's should aspire to be. Quality chicken tenders without sacrificing...

I have anxiety and was not in the mood for people today. I ordered online for pickup. I sat for almost 15 minutes. I guess whoever does the curbside pickup didn't hear the notification. No big deal everyone makes mistakes. So I went to the drive thru to pick it up. The drive-thru refused to provide me with my order or send someone out with my order. They informed me I needed to come inside. I informed them if I wanted to come inside I wouldn't have ordered pickup. So I said I would cancel my order and reorder. Some white guy with glasses posing as a manager told me I could cancel my order online. I got home to find I have to call the store for order issues. If the guy was a manager you would think he would know that. I called and spoke to the actual manager who gave me a refund and was very apologetic. He seems nice but his employees need retraining or better customer service skills. I just wanted an easy pick up and to be on my way. Instead they turned into a whole thing and made my anxiety way worse. The food is great the service terrible. It might be a minute before I am back. If I am paying $20 for a fastfood meal I expect to be provided the...

Placed my very first order from Raising Cane's for a sandwich and fries with a sweet tea. Sounds good right, WRONG!! Food was "supposed" to be at my car at 4:22 pm. Didn't get my food until 4:35 pm. I figured that they were cooking it up hot and fresh, 2nd disappointment. Food was sitting in a container and the guy brought it out saying that he forgot about it and apologized. He walked away as soon as he handed me my food, couldn't go over it with him to verify,(had to leave in a hurry). But I examined the food and it was room temp, fries were falling apart from the humidity building up in the styrofoam container and soggy AF bun. The lettuce was wilted and when I tried a bite of my sandwich, the soggy lettuce came out in one bite and I almost gagged by how gross it felt. The ice in the tea sat so long, I swear I was drinking sweet water with color. Extremely disappointed, please train your staff about wait times and food preparations. I know you guys have a time limit to get that food out there and this way by far WAY over the usual 2 minutes. Won't...
