Starbucks — Restaurant in Virginia

This evening, my husband went inside a Starbucks and asked for a Venti Strawberry Lemonade Blended for me (what he ordered for himself was fine) After we started down the road, I took a sip of my drink: I knew something was wrong! I checked my receipt: it said Venti Strawberry Acai Lemonade (I tried this before, didn't like it, and stayed with the Strawberry Lemonade Blended) It was too late to hunt down a Starbucks that was still open, or we'd go in and get the order made right. Then I noticed something I hadn't noticed before: on my Starbucks app, for the last several purchases, when my husband asked for and brought me Strawberry Lemonade Blended, the app has been recording Strawberry Acai Lemonade (probably why this Starbucks mistakenly gave me the wrong drink and CHARGED me for the wrong drink even though my husband asked for the right one, and until this instance, always brought me the drink I wanted! I will be contacting Starbucks Corporate office about this in am, esp. since I was charged for something different than what I received ( I have last 2 sales receipts showing this, see below), just in case I was charged more than I was supposed to be, for the drink I received.( I'll be asking Starbucks Corporate to look back in their records, for earlier...

I purchase coffee and breakfast at this Starbucks every day when I am in Front Royal for business. Every day, Sunday through Saturday, sometimes for weeks on end. I still have yet to be "wowed" by this location. The service is so hit or miss, some days it is fast and friendly, other times I sit in the drive-thru or at the counter for 10-15 minutes and when they hand me my order it's like they couldn't get me out of there fast enough.

My major quirk is that nobody seems to know how to make an iced coffee with milk and sugar, or at least there is no standard for it. Some days it's a dribble of what seems to be skim milk that barely changes the color of the drink, other times it's a 1/3 of the coffee cup of whole milk or even half and half. HALF AND HALF IS NOT MILK! Any other Starbucks I have ever been to can get this right, why this location can't, I will never know. Their manager will be getting a phone call from me today asking this very question.

If there were any other Starbucks location in this town, I would go out of my way to go to it instead (the one in Target doesn't open early enough for my work schedule.) Unfortunately, the only other breakfast option in town is McDonalds, but I'm fed up with this...

My wife and I are always disappointed with this location. So after 2 or so months of avoiding this Starbucks location I decided to give them another try today because in general we really love Starbucks coffee... all I can say is at least they are consistent. We ordered 2 Venti Iced White Mochas and received 2 hot White Mochas with cinnamon/nutmeg and toffee pieces even though I repeated this order multiple times. I consider myself pretty easy going so decided with the cool weather a hot coffee might just hit the spot... again, the only positive I can say is at least they are consistent... our coffees tasted as if they split a shot of espresso between the 2 drinks (more hot water and syrup than actual coffee). From now on I think we’ll just stick to the local coffee shops where we are more likely to receive what we order...
