Five Guys — Restaurant in Front Royal

Five Guys usually has the best service. Not this one. The lady on the grill today at 7pm was so rude. We asked her for a side of mayo and she said she would put it in the bag. I went and asked again and she said that she told us already that she would put it in the bag. I asked if I could have it now and she said she was busy and to wait. Then she leaves me standing there until the last possible minute when my order is called and she hands me the mayo. Who wants to go to a restaurant and pay for some spiteful attitude. I understand there's a labor shortage, but when you can't get decent service at 5 Guys, that's bad. The rest of the staff was just standing around like they didn't know they were at work. Delicious burgers and fries. Nothing was overly greasy like stated in other reviews. Exceptionally fantastic service. My husband went in and (according to the receipt) Suzanne J helped him. He informed her that I have celiac disease so if they could change gloves and be cautious. She went above and beyond. He said she changed gloves multiple times and even when another employee accidentally touched my food (mistakes happen no big deal) she immediately tossed the food and started fresh. She made sure my fries were separate and everything was safe. Having someone go such great lengths to ensure my safety means the world. I rarely get that service even from 5 star luxury restaurants. The burgers are very tasty, juicy and delicious. You can order with any toppings listed . The fries are always good (the + they always give generously on the fries ) and they offer real milkshakes too. The 4 stars is for the $price. 1 bacon cheese burger , small fries and small drink was $20. Place is clean and Staff was fine too.
