Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

I put in an online order. It was confirmed. Also gave a tip for curbside pick-up. Order said received....preparing...Arrived at 515pm. Waiting in my car in front of the door. At 530pm it said ready. I selected the "I'm here" button with car description. A gentlemen stood behind the counter and watched me as if he was preparing an order since 515pm. He then came out at 540pm. He came to the car and said did you need something? I stated that I was picking up an order with my name and showed him my phone. He stated that they closed early today at 6 o'clock however the lights were on and the open sign was still on. My money was taken from my acct. He could have called prior to arrival. However he stated they were closed but he was fixing sandwiches behind the counter or what it appeared to be and watched me until my order said ready. He said he didn't get an order and doesn't have anything because they are closed. He starred at me and said I'm sorry. Then called someone and wrote a number down on a sheet of paper. Advised me to call a 1800 number because he is closed. This is my first and last time coming to this location. I even tipped!! I feel like a giftcard to come another day or refund at store was suitable... Unacceptable smh. Will be calling corporate...

I put off going to Subway's because I knew this was going to happen. They advertise all these great sandwiches and deals, but when u actually go there the counter person has no idea how to honor them or how to make a good sandwich. The older Indian lady could not honor the women that was before me requests to buy a gift card and get a free sub. She had to call the manager on the phone and still did not honor it. Secondly she made my sandwich so sloppy and did not know what my sandwich consisted of. I had to literally tell her what to add one by one and still charged me Xtra for a slice of cheese and a scoop of fresh meat from the new batch of meat. Not to mention the sandwich was Ice cold even though it was a sweet chicken teriyaki and was not even going to add sweet sauce until I reminded her to. There was too much wrong to mention here but I won't visit this Subway store again. I have been wanting to try Subway's for a while, they have a good menu but only in the pictures, but I had a feeling this was going to happen and they did...

I went in to get a sandwich, & I was talked to so ugly and so rude by the staff. When I said that I changed my mind, and decided not to get sandwich , she told me fine, and get out. She then told me that if I wanted to talk to her manager that I could talk to them on Monday, she came outside and told me that. I have never been treated so terribly in my life!! I had just come from the hospital and just wanted something to eat at home, I will never go there again!! I did nothing to deserve that type of behavior. Then after treating me like trash, she had the audacity to tell me to have a blessed...
