Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

Well I ordered 2 items and a drink at 7 pm 12/13/22 from the kiosk in the lobby. I’ve been to this location numerous times since opening and no issues I mean like 50 times lol . Every time I go to Walmart since it opened I stop at this Taco Bell . Also look at my google reviews I never gripe or complain but this was a different experience that should b shared lol. Anyway about 10 minutes of standing here in the lobby after ordering a bunch of curbside orders start going out. I hang tough thinking it’s busy and the guy before me did have a big order. So 20 minutes now and I’m still standing like a statue in the lobby in front of the counter . Finally someone asked if I’d been helped and I reply I already ordered so he goes to the screen in back as says no I didn’t it’s nothing on here. Uhhh yes I did and proceed to show him the charge on my CC from Taco Bell at that moment. If not for that I’d been had for 12 bucks by a Taco Bell. He then disappears a minute and comes back from near the drive through with a bag and asked if I ordered a Crunchwrap and burrito . Yes I did and he hands me a 20 minute old bag of cold food. Then for the 3rd time I asked for my drink cup and he gives me a cup. I then go to the drink machine and wouldn’t u know it.....out of ice. No BS . I assume they had just a bad evening or something but if anyone doubts my experience this evening the General Manager is more than welcome to pull the tape . The main issues is the management at the time not offering to remake the food or anything and him trying to say I never ordered. I shouldn’t have to show my bank charge on my app to prove I ordered especially on top of everything else. Just hands me a bag of cold food like here u go problem solved we...

I live about a mile from this location, loving tacobell, we go there often. That being said, my order is always in someway messed up or missing items. I would say 9/10 times I've got food here its been messed up. So I started checking my bags for my food at the drive through when I find something missing I have to wait for them to make it. once in awhile is fine everyones human but its litterally everytime I go in practically. Than the times I see my order is all in the bag or they corrected it be so, i drive home only to find out the food is not made correctly.(Tonight) This is ridiculous and I will be driving to the other taco...

After ordering 13 tacos and a crunchwrap, we were asked to pull up. We waited for 15 minutes, watching other cars that were asked to pull up after us come and go. At 20 minutes, we went inside to inquire. They said they had not forgotten, and it was coming. We received our food a few minutes later. After getting back on the road and opening our food, we see we received no napkins and no sauce. We specifically asked for extra sauce, and it is on the receipt. We ordered basic items, and they clearly lost or forgot about us. Missing sauce and napkins seems intentional. Check your food before you leave or just go...
