I used to eat here 2-3 times a week. I haven't been here in a while as my job duties relocated to another area. I posted an EXTREMELY GREAT Review a few years ago... but unfortunately I can't do the same now. Walking in the place you get a bad feeling as it looks like a storage area with stock all over the dining area (which STILL isn't open.) They still have the plexiglass useless wall up from the covid freakout days. The restroom was scary gross, I almost canceled my order after going in there! But, I knew the food was great before... so I took a chance. The lady there used to be super friendly... she wasn't this time, seemed like she was depressed. (In this environment, I understand!) The food was only so-so... the chicken lo mein had kind of a weird taste... hope it was ok- just finished most of it. Last post was all 5 star, I gave a 3 star on food because of the past... today honestly would have been maybe 2.. close to 1. Sorry. Loved the place before, but now it looks like nobody there cares... in that case, close the place! If not, a good cleaning is in order.......
Read moreWife ordered sweet and sour chicken with white rice for me and pork fried rice for herself. Total was $23.00. No white rice was in my bag. Called and asked about the rice. I was told I had to drive 30 minutes each way to exchange my rice for a new order. So spend an hour after it has been a long day. So when I suggested a do over tomorrow I was told she could not do it. The woman was rude and does not know what consist of good customer service. Did she refund the white rice on my bill? NO! I would have to carry this chicken around all day. I do not have a way to keep it cold. In the meantime I have nothing to eat with my chicken. I was told " I will give you the rice tomorrow." Again, where is my chicken. It was a mistake to even go by there. A business makes a mistake they should be obligated to fix it. I bet if I disputed the bill, I would get better...
Read moreI actually never got to eat here. Our office orders from this location semi-frequently. When I called, I asked for a delivery order, and the woman who answered the phone asked if I was at a home or hotel. I told her that it was neither, and said that we were a business. She then told me that we couldn't get delivery. I asked why, and she said that they did not deliver to businesses. I asked "since when" and she said that they didn't offer delivery. I told her that her menu was right in front of me, and it has written on it : "Delivery $10.00 minimum". She then said that they didn't have a driver. If that was the case, then it wouldn't have mattered where I was when I asked for delivery. I don't know what their issue is, but I do know that none of our 22 employees will ever patronize them again if that is the way they...
