The store is clean, while it is being affected by the pandemic, which means there are tables pushed to the sides with chairs inverted on them, constantly giving the impression that you have arrived at closing time. The main draw is of course smoothies and there's a good selection, with the ability to add ingredients so that they are tailored to your needs This is most easily done on their app, but can also be done on their webpage. Calories are clearly listed, but in my experience it's wise to be conscious that while a smoothie is a better alternative to say, a milkshake, it's something you should carefully integrate into your diet. Ordering ahead on the website or app is great with one caveat that I have encountered. Take care to ensure that you are ordering from the correct location. Another customer came in behind me also waiting and still nobody came up to us. Finally when someone came up I got my drink from my online order, went to my car to try it and there was so much ice I couldn’t even use the straw. Was going to go back inside to ask to remake but they locked the doors at 7:50. I understand they close at 8 but locking the doors that early and giving bad customer service.
The very next day the manager Josh reached out to me with this concern and apologize to me, also mentioned he was going to give a refund to my account and also offered me to come back for a free smoothie. He was very polite and apologetic and told me he was going to be talking to the staff members to make sure this does not happen in the future. They assured me that they would make my wrap fresh, without cilantro. They brought up the guy that would be making mine and told him. Once I got it, there was tons of cilantro in it. I brought it up and asked for the cool and asked him if he made it without cilantro and he said yes so I started pulling out the huge leaves to show him. They made me feel very bad about it.
