Burger King — Restaurant in Visalia

Worst management ever. The owners of this business need to take a closer look at how this place is ran. As I was going to order I came a cross the stores GM, She ordinarily is nice, but today she showed her true self. This woman should be ashamed to call herself anyone's boss, and for that matter be fired. The worker works for you, you don't have any God given right to belittle anyone especially your own workers. It's obvious the reason for the high turn out rate. This woman really needs to actually work, instead of dictate what she'd like done with no respect in her conversation or deminer. This woman was in attack mode instead of teaching mode, She made it clear she was going to a party, it's Halloween. This woman wants her workers to Work as a team and use herself as an example and said she was there working along with them and repeated she wasn't on the clock 🙄... illegal right. She said they all need to sacrifice...But yet she was leaving 😕. Worker was expressing his 8hr shift was almost over and with her leaving he would not be able to leave and he had planned a family outing afterwards. She then raised her voice and argued and appointed him more work. The only thing sacrificed currently is the BK integrity and commitment to is customers, this place used to look beautiful and extremely clean. Now it needs the sanitation department. It's so disappointing as i use to come daily for the nuggets. I was saddened to see the place go so down hill, know I'm speaking up for the employee He is and...

I'm not sure what I'm expected to write here. It was fast food. As much as I prefer Visalia's Burger King over its Jack in the Box, or its McDonald's, I'd still prefer Del Taco's burgers, or Carl's Jr., or Rally's, or A&W...and don't even get me started on In 'n Out (FOOD OF THE GODS!). I was out paying bills, and when I started feeling like I was ready to eat, I just happen to be walking past Burger King, Sooo...yeah. I will say this: the restaurant was clean, inside and out. The staff were also clean. They were professional, and courteous - really nice, in fact. Sadly, this isn't the case in some other fast food restaurants in Visalia (COUGH-Wendy's-COUGH). The food was exactly as I expected: not what one would call "four star cuisine" (again; fast food), but it was definitely good, and satisfying. Nice atmosphere, too. Also unlike some other burger joints here, in town, Burger King isn't infested with homeless folk. A crass thing to say, I know, but also accurate. I get tired of having homeless folk hitting me up for money on my way in to, or out of the building, or worse; walking over to my table, regaling me with "I haven't eaten in days", followed up with ten reasons why their situation is someone else's fault, while all I want is to be left alone while eating my lunch. But I digress. Will I go there again? Absolutely. Would I recommend it to others? Okay, yeah,...

Me and my family came thru the drive thru today 6/29/2024 at 9:45 ish, on our way to a funeral the person who took our order repeated our order she had everything. There was one car in front of us but it took 20 min. When the “manager” who she said her name was Stacy but she could by lying hence the time frame and date basically tossed our food at us and said here. When we tried to get her attention after the window closed she opens it and says yea? We told her she forgot a coffee she then proceeds to say no you didn’t order it so very rudely my mother said ok well I’m not going to wait another 20 min it’s fine the employee then yelled at my mom in front of my 2 year old and scared him. Yes we yelled back because we did nothing to deserve the treatment we just received only because we were frustrated on waiting 20 min for one car and then for our repeated food to get forgotten. When we called to get her name we were polite we didn’t know who would answer and the lady answered who yelled at us which she said she was the manager and told us we can go F our self and she would NOT be giving us corporate number.
