I first was introduced to this chain last year. I only used to go to the one in Hanford but a couple months ago, I decided to give the Visalia one a try. The first time I came to the Visalia one, it was SPECTACULAR. The food was amazing, the cashier dude was awesome and he was also the one who prepped my food. I got tacos and he filled my tacos up with meat and gave me the perfect 50/50 portion of rice/beans as a side to go. I couldn't stop raving about the Visalia one after that. Then I went for a second time and I was extremely disappointed. This time, it was ladies that were prepping my food. I got the same thing I always do--2 tacos and side of rice/beans. They gave me such puny amounts of meat in my taco that it didn't even fill up a 1/3 (A THIRD) of each taco! That's wild. And they BARELY gave any rice and beans. I was pretty upset but figured it was just a bad time.
So today, I decided to give it one last chance. And sadly, I was disappointed yet again. The rice was old. And she barely put any beans. It was like 90/10 (rice/beans).
It seems like the norm is the disappointed state.
Won't be returning anymore. 3 chances is enough.

Read morei ordered 9 times total in 3 weeks. 6 out of the 9 times they forgot lemons, my super burrito didn't have cheese or sour cream, they forgot a side of beans, etc. I called to speak to the manager to tell him to call the workers attention and make them read the receipt before they send it out but to my surprise the person who has been taking my order all along was Rosa the manager or at least is what she told me when i called (that she was the manager). I lost all hope because if the manager is the one messing up my order then what can I do? I'm probably never ordering from that place ever again. I still have the nine receipts from doordash if the owner wants to see them. in short the food is ok but if i am going to be getting mad everytime i order then it is not worth it and worst of all after i placed my orders through doordash i would call right after and they would still get it wrong. so mad, so...
Read moreI was on hold for over 10mins for a call in order... I drive from tulare to visalia and was still on hold... I got to the restaurant and walked inside and it was a gentleman in front of me getting his order and i was still in the line in the store waiting while I was on the phone waiting! This chicks attitude is terrible as well as her multi asking skills... She was having a conversation with another employee about some non work related issue while i was still on hold... My family and I heard their whole conversation since it was on my Bluetooth stero That is the only reason why i give them 2 stars!!! She didn't even apologize for having me on hold...
