Customer service has gotten better. I really wanted to give a very good review. But it’s not coming in today. I have to order on a kiosk. It’s now become easy but the transition was not. It is ridiculous. I understand this has nothing to do with staff but the McDonald’s corporation changing what society is accustomed to. This whole concept of neglecting the customer is absurd. From the reaction I’ve overheard, no one, especially the older 1950’s and 60’s generation is happy with it and many customers walk out. If you pay cash you must stand at the front and wait and hope someone acknowledges you. Your order isn’t even started until you pay, so standing up front for 5-15 minutes somebody is going to react negatively . You call out for service but most of the time you’re ignored. So after awhile you learn to yell for assistance. To use their bathroom you stand at the front again and they’ll push a button n you’ll be able to go in. But again, the customer service is not quick, not attentive and most act like they hate even being there. Right now, I still haven’t gotten my ice water and when I asked twice I got an attitude from the female staff. The one compliment I’ll reserve is for the African American janitor that kicks ass cleaning up the place. I’ve never heard management complimenting her employees. High turnover here. But the meals are cooked excellent and that’s another plus for this...
Read moreAfter so many times going go this specific location and my order never being what I specifically ask, it's time to vent. 2 first things the customer service had always been great I've never had a grouchy person or someone who didn't smile, second the place is much cleaner than others. However, I understand they are a busy location but with 2 drive throughs this place shouldn't take any longer than normal McDonald's. But loan and behold it does, and why because for the simple fact they have 1 crew member running both drive throughs. If you have 2 drive throughs dont it make since to have 2 people? One person cannot speak and take 2 orders at one time. And this is why I have taken so long to comment about because I've given benifet of the a doubt time and time again because I understand they must be running around with their heads cut off like chickens.!!! This is ridiculous and they need to get a better district manager up in there to organize things correctly and guilt being stingy ass owners and give more hours to the people you already have and not hire more....every business owner knows, you have to spend money to make money!!!! The man that handed me the order I noticed didn’t put in the soda so I asked him and he asked to see the order and he took a picture. He sat my bag back with the other orders and worked on other orders. He took an order outside came back in and ripped open my bag and said ““the order can wait I don’t care” I asked him to why he would say that he didn’t care and he denied saying it. But even another delivery driver heard him. Then he was talking about me saying ““she thinks she is special” I said really? I asked him his name he said it was Oliver. I then asked the manager on duty the general managers name and the workers name. I will be calling to speak with Mr. Felipe and speaking with him about his employee. She wrote down Orlan so not sure what his name really is. But do better McDonald’s learn to treat people.
