Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Visalia

Bruh I was gonna leave a review to warn people about coming here and turns out there's a bunch of one star reviews about this place too!! 🤦‍♀️ me, my mom and siblings used to go here all the time but never again! Recently we went here and as we were eating I noticed a shiny black spot on the pizza that was reflecting from the light and commented about it to my mom, she slowly pulls it out and it's a huge fat roach that was embedded in the cheese. Felt chills in my whole body. So disgusting, we went up to tell the guy about it and he immediately tried to gaslight us and say that there was no proof that it was in the pizza because my mom pulled it out before he could see, ??? Who would lie about that??? 😭 Then one of the guys from the back takes a picture of it and the manager comes in and she says that we can't get a refund because the money is already in the register. Girl what?? I don't know if that's true or not but we left without a refund. I'm so sick to my stomach, to this day I don't even eat pizza at restaurants anymore because of this place. I already filed a report to the health inspection but I'm not sure if they ever came to check it out. The management of this place I think is all family so maybe they all probably lied or something but yeah, eat at any other Mountain Mike's but...

I’ve only experienced the pizza that a friend bought, and it was delicious!

As a family outing, we chose to come to this location (Dinuba blvd) and when we walked in it didn’t have that “right at home” feeling. We had to ring the bell twice and I’m not sure how many ppl were in the back, but it was so loud.

We chose to stay for the buffet and to be honest, it was limited and no vegetarian pizza. The salad bar was a mess, and we had to wait for the pizza which is understandable. Just as long as my kid ate, I was good!

Price for three was $28 which was perfect for a buffet!

The pizza was delicious I’ll admit, but the service wasn’t that good. Tables were dirty and piled with plates, food, drinks and it just looked trashy. It sounded like a party in the kitchen, so I don’t see why someone couldn’t come out to clean up tables. The restrooms were also filthy and there was no way I was gonna have my kid sit on the toilet even if there were toilet seat covers.

Mountain mikes is my favorite pizza but this location is the worst. The bathroom was disgusting. It looks like it’s never been cleaned. The lady working the front was extremely rude. I didn’t catch her name but she wore black glasses. This location is also unsanitary. I asked for fountain drinks and the rude front lady put her dirty fingers into the cup that she just used to work her register and touch money. I politely asked her if she could please give me another cup without putting her fingers inside and she rudely asked me why. I explained to her that it was unsanitary and if she could please just give me a new cup and she stared at me for almost an entire minute. I was extremely uncomfortable. She then loudly announced she would go get gloves (I never Asked her to) she comes back with gloves and very aggressively starts grabbing cups.
