On 2/5/20 six of us went to Chilis for dinner. We waited at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. We were seated and our waitress came to take our drink order. I mentioned that we had somewhere to be by 7pm and she stated that she was glad I said something so she could keep and eye on the kitchen. Our drinks arrived about 10 minutes later and she took our food order. After about 40 minutes our food arrived, missing one order. She said she couldn’t carry it all and was going back to get it. After 15 more minutes she brought the order out (I shared mine with my husband). I ask her to pack it to go and that I wanted to speak to the manager, and she said the manager was already on her way. 10 minutes later the manage showed up and said she wasn’t even going the try to make excuses and that she was sorry, and this never happens. This was the second time this has happened to us. (yes, we gave them another chance). As we were leaving, I stopped at a table that had been seated when we got there. I ask them if they had gotten their food yet and they said they had been waiting an hour and a half and were wondering why we were served first. Another gentleman was having the same problem and got up and walked out with us. There were people waiting to be seated and we mentioned that if they were hungry and, on a schedule, to go somewhere else. One couple said they had been waiting for 25 minutes just to be seated. I don’t understand why as the were plenty of empty tables. Sorry Chilis but you just got taken off the list of the list of...
Read moreABSOLUTELY DISTRAUGHT AND DISAPPOINTED... I had confirmed reservations for my actual birthday for a party of 20 at 7:30pm. I had 3 friends waiting at the bar area and three at the front waiting area...and 4 minutes before our reservation, they gave our tables away. I was heading straight over after a 12 hour day at work.
I called and I was literally in tears, so absolutely UPSET. I explained how much it meant to me..... that I have also been recovering from a car accident and grieving, they did not care. Dagney, the Manager, told me on the phone that I was wrong because they don't take reservations. I said, "If you don't take reservations, then why did someone confirm my reservation time on the whole when I called at 3pm and then even sent me a CONFIRMATION TEXT of my reservation. She basically said too bad and that I could still wait another hour to get seated. I was so upset I probably even hung up the whole, I can't remember.
How absolutely disappointing and rude to a local, constant supporter!
I will never be eating here again and everyone at my large party walked out....we enjoyed eating at Pura Vida much better....plus, the management was nice and understanding. They didn't basically call me a liar for saying I had an RSVP....

The food? Next level! We started with the classic Chips and Salsa—crispy, perfectly seasoned, and downright addictive. For our main course, we indulged in the sizzling Fajitas, and let me tell you, the aroma alone was worth the visit! Every bite was a fiesta of flavors. And don’t even get me started on the Molten Chocolate Cake—decadent, gooey, and pure dessert bliss!
The service was just as impressive. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs. It’s clear the team here takes pride in what they do, and it shows. Special shoutout to Dagney and the rest of management for keeping everything running smoothly—the restaurant was buzzing, and yet everything felt perfectly in sync.
