Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Vista

Terrible service and extremely rude management. Clearly they don't understand customer service and have never supported their clients. When you click on their website it redirects you to the third party service that they choose to use for delivery or pick up. The times displayed are inaccurate and there is no communication. If you call the number provided it directs you directly to their establishment in which you receive a response from a middle eastern rude individual with no customer facing skills who yells at you and demands that they will not assist you or offer any refunds if your product doesn't arrive. I ordered a simple ice cream order over an hour ago they didn't even offer a voucher a discount or a refund for the fact that the item that was paid for was not arriving on time I waited over an hour despite the time that stated it would be 20 minutes. I had to pay an excessive service fee of over $6 for no point because the item did not arrive until after...

We went in very excited for ice cream and were next in line to which we were told to wait by Diego as he took his friends that were behind us and served them. We then had to wait for graciella to help us. She was amazing which is the only reason this is a 2 star rating rather than 1. Diego was rude for skipping us but also had his friend go behind the counter into the freezer room. Worst Cold Stone ever! The store is always a mess! Never a good sign from a restaurant, and during covid? Even worse!! I was going to get a cake, but they look both overly processed and poorly made! I remember this store having very well made cakes and they always said they made them in store. What happened to that?! No way I'm spending that much for one of those!
