I recently visited Baskin Robbins with my family, excited to try their ice cream for the first time. We had always heard good things about the place, so our expectations were relatively high. Unfortunately, our visit fell short of those expectations, and I'd like to provide a more detailed review.
Upon entering, it was apparent that the store wasn't particularly busy. However, the employees seemed disinterested and inattentive. We stood at the counter for quite some time without receiving any acknowledgment or assistance. This was disappointing, especially when compared to the prompt and friendly service we've experienced at other ice cream shops.
In terms of the ice cream itself, our kids weren't particularly thrilled with their choices and ended up not finishing what they ordered. I, personally, chose not to order anything due to the lack of attention from the staff. This lack of engagement on their part made me question the quality of the products they were serving.
One bright spot in the experience was the Polar Pizza. It was a unique and enjoyable treat that we appreciated, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to compensate for the overall disappointment.
On a more positive note, I must acknowledge the store's interior design. It was well done and visually appealing, creating a pleasant ambiance for customers.
In summary, despite the attractive store decor and the appeal of the Polar Pizza, the lack of attention from the employees and the overall indifference to customer service left us with a sense of letdown. We won't be returning to Baskin Robbins anytime soon, and we hope that they can improve their customer service in the future to match the positive reputation we had heard...

I also observe the host and wait staff. The hostess/greeter must be friendly and knowledgeable to win me over. The person holding this position can make or break the business. I enjoy a menu with a variety of offerings. Our family will normally get an appetizer, main course and a variety of desserts. We enjoy a sampling of items. I usually take notice of the presentation of the food and try to post pictures when possible. Our family enjoys distinctive cuisines. It is 100+ degrees outside and we don't want a cone bc it melts everywhere. We were told we don't have waffle bowls right now but we have waffle cones. I told them them that we want bowls bc the icecream can melt and not get everywhere. And again were told well we dont have bowls but the cone is the same amount of batter.
