Read moreThis Marcos is clearly run by one of the best restaurant managers in the area. Many food industry managers "manage from afar", but this location's manager is always covered in flower from head to toe. I order from Marcos regularly, and I've also never seen him speak unnecessarily harshly to any of his employees. In fact, he's always extremely polite (especially compared with other fast food restaurants). He also has somehow found some of the politest young staff members around. It's saying something for them to be competing with Chic fil a for employee politeness!
Last time I was in there a couple of weeks ago, he said (direct quote): "We know we're not perfect, but we're trying as hard as we can to be as close to perfect as we can possibly be."
