Update as of 8-3. This location has really stepped up their service game. Last few visits have put the fast back into fast food. Hopefully they fixed whatever was driving employees away and can keep it up. Tho the one time I chose carryout about 4 days ago the way the you g lady manager was talking to the employees I'm not so sure. I don't understand why you would berate when positive reinforcement would work better. Still not a fan of the closed dining room but I can kind of understand the franchises decision as it would require dedicated employees to keep the lobby sanitized. But should have had that wether there was a pandemic or not. (Previous):This place keeps slipping more and more. The prices keep rising and the quality keeps sinking. I can understand that as ingredient pricing has started going out of control due to the pandemic. But you keep customers thru quality and care. It's only saving grace is most of the front of house people are friendly and competent. Even if I don't see most of them hardly anymore with the lobby being closed. I used to eat here 7-10x a week. But as the quality sinks and the app gets more buggy I've been eating at the competition more. I enjoy onions and they charged me .10 cents for extra onions. If this is extra you must only get 2 pickles and 3 slivers of onion regularly. I was going to get extra sauce but that was another .30 so I passed. 🙄

After waiting in curb side for 37 minutes and calling three times, I went in only to be told my breakfast hasn’t been made yet. Three other employees asked what I was waiting for in the span of an additional 15 minutes with two girls even laughing that I was still waiting for breakfast while they were serving lunch. Five employees were doing nothing but chatting and standing around aimlessly while multiple people were waiting. Drive Thru clearly got priority as people were pulling up and leaving while I was there for an hour. The staff is ridiculously rude too, ignoring and looking passed you so they don’t have to address their mistakes. Half the time you tell them how long you’ve been waiting and they shrug their shoulders and walk away. They were serving people who had just gotten there while I was waiting for an hour. EDIT: THERE WAS PLASTIC IN MY COFFEE

They were focused on there drive through times and not all of there orders as a whole most likely because it’s that time of day where corporate is watching. Like I told the lady on the phone I could have gotten my food faster at a sit down restaurant that being said they did nothing to make it right for the excessive amount of time I waited.

I give one star due to the horrendously awful customer service I experienced this evening. My family and I pulled through the drive through to get my son his order(we had already ate elsewhere, and he was at home). My fiancé ordered a simple 3 Mc Chickens plain and a medium fry. I admit, we pulled up quickly and didn’t double check the order screen to confirm it was put in correctly. We paid at the first window and obtained our receipt. There was no line and we quickly proceeded to the pickup window. While moving forward I glanced at the receipt and noticed the Mc Chickens were not put in as “plain” and notified my fiancé. Upon approaching the open window he addressed the cashier, “Excuse me, can you please make sure those Mc Chickens are plain, it doesn’t show that on the receipt?” She turned away and started speaking to the other employees asking to make sure they were plain. We then heard them complaining that they were already made, and questioning that we wanted them plain. We heard our cashier say, “I guess.” After a few minutes, she came back to to the window and had the audacity to place the blame on us, the customer..stating, “He said next time, make sure to say you want them plain when you order them.” Are you kidding me?!? We proceeded to explain that we did order them plain, and the gentleman must not have heard. We also let her know very politely that this is a regular order that we place at McDonald’s, and we would not forget to request them plain(My son is 18 now, and has been eating his Mc Chickens plain since he was 5). She then left the window. While we waited for our food, we listened to her relay the message back to the other employee as if we were some sort of joke. Then another employee brings the bag of food, doesn’t say your welcome and slams the window in our face. The food was hot, I will give them that. I know this because I inspected every item to make sure it was free if bodily fluid.. unfortunately it would not have surprised me with the lack of class and character the employees had, at least the ones I had the displeasure of...

Using the drive-thru, I gave my order, the same order I order at least 3-4 times a week. It's always $6.13 (large Hot Caramel Mocha & a Sausage Burrito) no sausage in it today, though. The gal (the Manager - approx 5'6" or so, light brown haired gal with her hair pulled back at the bangs, hair just below the ears, medium build) at the drive-thru order kiosk said it was $8+. I told her that something was wrong as my order is always $6.13. She rudely stated that just pull ahead to the pay window, they'll have it updated there. I pulled ahead, paid the $6.13, thanked the little gal for her beautiful smile and pulled up to get my order. The same person (the Manager) that was rude thru the drive-thru very rudely told me to pull ahead and they'd bring it out. I've never had this happen for a breakfast burrito and a hot caramel mocha before, EVER. I waited 8 minutes, while waiting at least 6-7 cars went thru the drive-thru after me. Finally I went in as I had to be to work in another 8 minutes. I asked why it was taking so long. I guess I stepped up too close to the opening between the counters and was immediately told, "I need you to step back", rudely again. I did so, waited another 5 minutes. Then I said forget I can't wait any more, I'm going to be late, I want a refund. All of sudden, my order is ready. She was snotty, she brought it up, I grabbed, she said something about grabbing it out of her hands and then ORDERED ME TO LEAVE THE RESTAURANT. I did nothing wrong, anyone would've been a little upset at being treated so rudely and then waiting so long. It was like she was mad at me because I called her out on overcharging me to begin with. Came to this McDonald’s June 10 around 11 am with my grand daughter , she was so excited . There was no counter person and I started the kiosk and asked a lady that seem to be taking drive thru orders if I could order at the counter as I didn’t see the options that we wanted and she said she needed a manager … clearly they didn’t want to do my order that way . She did offer to help and helped me complete the order . When I went to use the Sanitizer neither of the kiosks had working Dispensers. I then went to the women’s restroom to wash my hands and that soap dispenser wasn’t working either. That really disgusted me as how many women workers use the restroom and don’t wash their hands before returning to work. I did ask to speak to the manager and told her of the dilemma of the sanitizers at the kiosk station and the women’s restroom and she said she would take care of it yet she did not leave filling the food bags to investigate the entire time we were there eating our lunch. I did end up using the restroom in the play place play area and that soap dispenser was working. However, the bathroom was in disgusting condition and I took it upon myself to wash the toilet seat and wash my hands before my granddaughter used the facility.. The tables in the play area were all dirty. I was not given a tray, so I spread napkins over the table, so my granddaughter And I could eat on a clean surface I felt at 11 AM. Those tables should have been clean. This particular franchise in my opinion is missing the mark...
