First visit: Accidentallly mixed some iced tea in with my iced coffee. Was observed discarding the cup and pouring a new cup. Was told that I would be charged for number of cups used, not the number of beverages I consumed. Yes, you can find a six dollar iced coffee on the shore.
Second visit: I am a conscientious former restaurant worker and manager. I know better than to go in at closing time. I entered at 245, 15 minutes before close, not knowinf they closed at 3. I offered to leave because of the obvious displeasure when I walked in, but was told "you can stay, just hurry.". I was then told as I paid that "you better wolf down that sandwich and leave. I've been here since 530." I ate very quickly and took half my sandwich home. So they alienated a customer to avoid staying at work for an extra three minutes, maybe. The owner sat there and egged on the clerk who said that.
Despite a great location, the place was empty both times. The food was just OK. Obviously they don't value customers at all. Any successful restaurant would terminate an employee for either of the actions. In the event that this business actually survives much longer, I'd strongly suggest you eat breakfast or...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was the worst regular manicure I have ever had, on top of the worst experience in a nail salon! The whole process took 4 minutes believe it or not and I could not wait to leave.
I picked my color and sat down, the lady starts drilling one of my nails (actually did drill it down completely) and I was like wait Iām not doing gel. She says I do t see this color in regular so go pick a color, I walk to the wall and see the same color in regular polish. I sit down and she has a bowl with ice cold water and says soak, no lie, it was as deep as a penny is thick. 20 seconds later she takes my hands out and cuts my nails down and starts to paint. Besides cutting off one little piece of skin that wasnāt even soaked, no cleaning of my hands or nail beds at all. Does one layer of the polish with clear over it and brings over a fan the side of a drink coaster that barley blew air and expected me to sit there probably for 30 minutes for them to dry at that pace. I just left.
Inside looks really nice but I guess that parts all smoke and mirrors, should have just stuck to nail tech where I usually go. I donāt care if the place looks nice if you canāt do the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been coming here for almost two years now the service I just received was horrendous. I called at 11am to make an appointment for 215. When I got there they were packed, which means they took too many walk ins. I didnāt get seated until 230 and vinny did my gel manicure in 13 minutes. I pay $10 extra to get acrylic over my nails and he put on a THIN layer of some pink junk and then filed my nails violently and down to nothing. He didnāt even wait for my nails to dry before he put the top coat on and filed again. My nails look like my 5 year old painted them and I donāt feel comfortable calling to complain being that he answers the phone. They donāt have a Facebook page and I doubt they even read the reviews but with nail salons surrounding them I definitely wonāt be back. Iām just so disgusted with the service. I was sat at 230 and pushed out of the...
