Allaire Plaza — Local services in Wall Township

This is a good strip mall, with reasonable new stores. We're happy to see the new Ulta and the AC Moore and the TJ Maxx. There are a few others that are good too, like the nail salon and the Mike's Subs. The mall itself needs a bit of renewal, as the sidewalks are looking a bit shabby, as is the parking area. On the side near the Whole Foods, they fenced off a parking island and created a seating area that I've yet to see anyone sit in. The result is that those who park next to it and need to go to the UPS or bagel store need to walk all the way around. It's inconvenient and impractical. Again, the mall owners need to put a little into the parking areas to make this as nice as some others...

I saw this store on my way into town and decided to stop and explore all merchandise for home decor and their outdoor seasonal sale. It was disappointing to see a lamp I was interested in had a broken bulb housing with a cracked base and inquired with the associate how to find another. The associate (who later identified as a manager) was stocking seasonal merchandise and was not interested in helping me with that lamp so I headed to the outdoor sale, picked a nice umbrella and later found out that the one I picked WAS NOT ON SALE! Nice plaza, clean and accessible with ample parking regardless of time. (Though can get a little crowded to park on major holidays!) There are some really big name, notable spots (Whole Foods, Ulta Beauty, TJ Maxx) and a bunch of nice smaller local shops.
