I can confirm with the other review that the new managers are terrribbbbleee. I understand the stress of working in the business, I worked 15 years in food service. I understand that sometimes you just give the customer what they want to keep people happy. Especially your local customers that come daily.
New management at any restaurant has to learn who the regular customers are at that specific restaurant. They are loyal regular customers for a reason, and if you're a new manager and try to make drastic changes, you're going to lose your steady local business. The new manager Diego is absolutely horrible. Threatened to call the police on me while walking away making a phone call, so I was prepared for them to show up, as he never asked me to leave. So this guy makes me believe he's on the phone with the police to scare me, then comes back acting all nice trying to take my order again, but still refusing to make my order the way I get it every single time. Mcdonalds, you need to do better. I am calcifying my arteries at a high cost to my health, paying very high prices, at least have top...
Read more3 stars because it's hit or miss here. 5 stars on a good day but 1 to 2 if you end up there when the female (caucasian) manager is on who seems to hate her job. Those bad days entail a cold, lifeless, and skimpy serving of fries. I wish they could post manager schedules so we could avoid her shifts. When she's on we're talking about "large" fries served luke warm at best and only a 3/4 the way filled container vs piping hot overflowing golden strips of goodness when others are on. (Remember the days when your fries overflowed the container and started filling the bottom of the bag? Miss old school McD's).
Listen up owners: we keep coming back bc of those who serve with a smile and deliver fries like that second scenario above. It's already overpriced (so why not just to Five Guys where I know the fries will hit). Some manager retraining is needed to keep your customers happy especially folks like me who will make you money if...
Read moreI had an issue waiting for my mobile order cause the app was not loading but it saw I was here. I went inside and howni was waiting for the curbside order. The manager ended up helping me very reluctantly and said you never selected your spot. I'm legit the only 1 there. She then said how I can change the pick up so they could have known. I said to and showed her that the app was not working so I could not change it. She walked away and I said can I puget my order she said see stage means you didn't select the location of where to get the order. The fact she has to fight me over the team not being able to walk out my order when I selected curbside it wasn't my fault the app didn't load the order or the parking space number. Margarita I think she said her name was but she was very rude and I can't imagine jarring back and forth with a customer because you can't walk outside. They were not even busy....
