I love 1910 and i’ve never had a bad drink or experience until this Saturday when I went before going christmas shopping. My boyfriend and I stopped by and the girl who took our order seemed alright at first until I had to remind her we ordered a pup cup and when we reminded her at the end she was very rude about it and in a snarky voice after giving us said pup cup she goes “do you guys have everything now?” and I work in customer service so I get when customers are rude, we were not rude what so ever just asked for what we ordered, my dog was hanging out the window waiting for his “coffee” and she was just rude about it. Good coffee, terrible service. 1st time I came through the gal seemed to hate her job. Again, good coffee but terrible customer service. This time a bunch of kids working completely distracted by other kids surrounding the shop. Girl sat in drive through chatting with employee hanging out the window forever, with me sitting behind her waiting to order. She finally pulled around to other side so I could pull up & order. Again, good coffee, not great service. 20 minutes for 3 coffees. Probably won’t be back...
