The pastries are delicious but costumer service is below zero.
First time costumer I came in started to look around. Pastries looked amazing. At first it looked like costumers can open the containers that held pasties themselves and so I asked, “Do I just grab the pastries I like or do you put them in the bag for me?” The lady, the owner, said “No you don’t just grab!” Then I proceeded to ask the owner about the types of pastries as there were more labels than different types of pastries on display, and she replied “Aren’t there labels there?” I said “There are too many labels and it’s not clean what is what”. Bottom line, gray pastries or not, costumers service does really matter. I’ll find pastries somewhere else

Read moreI feel like the place is too hyped up. When I went it seemed disorganized. Took me a while to find a menu of items listed. And most of the items on the list weren’t available. Would be nice to have a clear pricing on the items. The pastries were a bit bland and some what stale or hard for my liking. I tried regular croissant, chocolate croissant, feta and spinach, and dulce de leche. I thought they would warm them up or would come warm since they had just brought out a couple from the baking rack, to my surprise they weren’t warm. Not sure if that’s a special request or not. But didn’t like biting into hard chocolate, or room temperature feta cheese. The croissant itself was not really fluffy/airy or crunchy crispy like other places have them. It was just hard like a stale bread texture. Not sure how else to describe it because I never encountered such a texture...
