Can't recall when or how I discovered this little Boba shop, it's a pretty far drive from where I currently reside. But, one night I decided to make the trek to this place and was pleasantly surprised.
I'd been searching for a good Boba place since moving to Northern California and I'm hoping, that I've finally found one that's local to me, even if it is a bit of a drive.
The place is clean and open, there are plenty of tables both inside and outside for sitting and enjoying your dessert or drink, the people behind the counter helping and serving the patrons are friendly and nice.
The first time I visited, I ordered a Raspberry Green Tea with Boba, it actually was pretty decent, compared to other boba drinks I'd had, not as sweet as I would have preferred, but I'm thinking I could probably ask for a little more Raspberry Syrup, the next time I'm out their way. The Boba is definitely not dry or tasteless like I'd been experiencing from other boba places, thus the search.
This boba place is located in a huge shopping center that doesn't seem to have a parking issue regardless of the time of day. Can't say how often I'd visit, since it is a trek for me to get there, but it's...
Read moreThis place is kinda hidden. Their set up inside could use a make over. It’s not very functional. They could also use a better menu that’s visible before you get right to the cashier to order. So you don’t feel like you have to rush to order with people behind you. The place is normally busy so expect a wait. Staff have always been nice. Place always clean. It just seems like they set up an then stopped half way. They also have a menu kiosk I’ve never seen anyone use. The prices are ok. Higher then Starbucks if your trying to get an idea. Foods good, but I think some of its microwaved vs made there. Their shaved ice is delicious. Most of the drinks appear to be made of just heavy syrups. Even the smoothies lol. I don’t like that they also have a tipping section on their receipts. But the place is def worth a try. But please remember to park an walk an not use the handicapped spots to run in an run out like the man in the picture. An no he didn’t have a window plaque or a handicap plate. Just someone who didn’t want to park far away for his bubble tea. I then had to watch the family in the black car attempt to get out with a wheel chair on the other side with no room cause...
Read moreCame in to try the brick house (their speciality). There is a cut out page of a magazine in a stand at the register. When I ordered this brick house, i picked it up and said i would like this. He rang me up and i ordered a few more things.
The other 2 things were right, but when my order was brought out, it was the wrong dessert. I went to explain that it wasn't what I ordered and they apologized.
It's not my style to return food.
The was much more bread than ice cream, so I went in and asked to purchase another scoop of ice cream and make the most of the situation. When I went to purchase with my card, he explained that there would be an additional charge on the card for to it not being over $3.00
I shook my head left the rest of my order that they got wrong at the cash register. Unbelievable!! They get my order wrong, don't offer to take it back and finally don't offer the waive the debit card fee.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE.!!
3 items at $21..... oh yeah, I left them a $5 tip in the beginning assuming I would have at least got my order right.
I believe in being fair and do not like to leave a bad reviews.
They...
