Starbucks — Restaurant in Walnut Creek

Being inside near the front entrance of Target, this place is usually busy throughout the day with Target shoppers and people just hanging out socializing or using the free wifi (Starbucks or Target's). So sometimes when it's crowded, there aren't enough places to sit.

Serves the usual Starbucks' menu. But if you download the Target's Cartwheel app, every once in awhile there is a Cartwheel offer for discounted coffee, non-conforming beverages, and pastries which comes in handy after shopping at Target. Or if you register for Target's baby registry in their Welcome goodie bag, there is a buy 1, get one free beverage coupon, which is how we got Grande smoothies for 2 for the price of one on a hot...

Ordered a pumpkin cold brew & a pumpkin spice latte (half sweetened) on a Wednesday in October around 6:30pm. Service wasn’t there. We could tell that the ladies working did not want to be there. Not to mention that the Target employees were receiving their orders before we received ours despite us placing our orders before them. Taste wasn’t there either. As a resident of Walnut Creek and one who shops at Target a lot, I was shocked by the service at Starbucks Target. The woman at the register, Shannon, was yelling and screaming at me, a paying customer for asking questions. I was appalled by this interaction. I continued to see her behavior and I was shocked!
