EDIT: Jacob was awesome. Great experience this time around. And Nicholas has always been an awesome manager. Super professional. Sells stuff the way it should be.
EDIT: They recently have added some new employees one which was our point of sale. I went with my wife and they aggressively pushed stuff on her that they never do when it's just me in my vehicle.
Every single step when I sternly said no she would proceed to keep up selling an even more expensive service. You can't ladder sell someone when they clearly aren't buying into it. I feel bad for her if she was pushed to think she'd get in trouble if she didn't push for sales on people when they clearly are not buying it.
And so no one gets it twisted we literally overheard the service tech tell the sales team member that the air filter was good and didn't need to be replaced yet. And she proceeded to lie to our faces and said it wasn't looking good and should be replaced now.
I have been in sales and hospitality my whole life. I can't recall in the last decade where I have been so frustrated with a seemingly professional service employee outside of a collections agency agent. And that's calling it close.
I am adding this edit over a month later. And I can feel myself getting frustrated thinking back to it
We will likely just start scheduling our oil changes locally instead if it happens again next time.
Best service I have ever gotten at a service center. They were like a well oiled machine. Everyone was super polite and professional. They all worked in tandem extremely well leading to a quick oil change. They provided a lot of information on the health of my vehicle and future services I may need. I almost felt like I was in a pit stop at a speedway. Great guys and great service.

Read moreWent in Saturday morning for an oil change and tire rotation. I specified twice the psi that was needed in my tires. Twice I was assured that they would be filled properly. They were not filled properly. I'm not happy to be putting the correct psi in my tires on this cold morning after I paid someone to do it. And it was just as cold that day, so this isn't a temperature issue. It's simply someone exercising their preference over a customer.
