Starbucks — Restaurant in Wapakoneta

I stopped in today after work around 1 p.m. and the woman working the drive thru was very rude. I place my order in the app prior to leaving work on the app frequently, today it estimated 3-5 minutes for pickup which is normal. The drive over is about that long not including me gathering up my things and walking out to my car. I told them I was there for my mobile order and the woman was quick to snap and say I needed to wait 7 minutes after placing a mobile order before I come to the store. I explained to her that I had placed the order more than 5 minutes prior while I was at work and she did not seem to care or belive me. She was also rude when I told her she forgot my cake pop and was rude about that and rolled her eyes. Usually when I come through theyre really nice and I typically tip as well but not today. I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but they need to have their attitude in check when communicating with customers or could've at least been a lot nicer. Took almost 10 minutes inside just to take my order and I was the only one in line. Ordered a grande vanilla iced coffee with 6 extra creams. Took about 10 minutes to get my drink. It tasted like dirt and there was no vanilla in it. Asked for more vanilla, and even said I’d pay for it. Barista put one squirt of vanilla in it. It was still disgusting. Took it back to the counter and asked if I could just pay for a different drink. There was no apology or an offer to make things right so I could enjoy my drink. We stopped at this Starbucks in the early part of a road trip, and I ordered one of my usual orders, a tall decaf flat white. After we got down the road a little bit, and I had consumed about half of my drink, I was telling my husband how delicious it was, and what a good flat white it was. A few minutes later I started getting The telltale jittery feeling and accelerated heart rate that I get from caffeine.
