I have purchased several new pairs of glasses from them. I have always bought marchon frames. Expensive but worth the price. I still have a pair over 20 years old, that are still usable. The lenes are no longer the right correction. Now to explain my rating! I went into the store yesterday.. I gave my glasses to a man at the desk, explaining that the lenes have gone bad! He looked at them and said yes the non glarecoating has broken down! I asked how possible, as the frames and lenes are 2 1/2 to 3 years old. He said this is not unusual to happen ! I asked why do you sell this feature knowing it will not last! I feel like they had a way to get you back into their store prematurely. All during this time the employee was not only indifferent to the situation, but simply did not care! Basically I could order new lenes and not get the non glare coating! I'm sure they never tell anyone that the lenes go bad in 3 years or less with the non glare coating. He tried to tell me it most likely was the cleaner I use! My answer was water and a micro fiber towel! He Just shrugged his shoulders! Complete disinterest by him! Their customer service is actually a zero! I would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this store! I went to Cape Optical at the other end of town and ordered replacement lenes. Uhhh did these guys get the taco fest I requested with the raises? Still so awesome -- Still my place to go for my eye exams -- especially for guy that prefers the dentists over optometrist 😅 Just read my last review -- their quality and professionalism, and politeness ( I think that's in line with being proffessional but then again this is my review) is nothing but top notch 👌 I would like to see a response to my review with a photo proof they got a taco fest for lunch pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee and thank you!

My three years going here have been a very pleasant experience. The associates are always friendly and accommodating. Also having the same Doctor for the last three years is a plus-- makes the whole process go much smoother. Miss Felicia, is very informative and thorough during my eye exam. All the associates that work there, plus Miss Felicia deserve an all you can eat taco fest ( not from taco bell 🤮) plus a bump in their pay. Have been going to this site for a few years now for my daughter to get her glasses tightened. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. It was time for new glasses and after going to a few places with no success, we found ourselves back here (they don't take our insurance, otherwise we would have came here first). My daughter almost instantly found 2 pairs of glasses she liked (if you have a preteen you know how difficult it can be to find 1 pair!). They were having a BOGO special, so we opted to get both pairs (which essentially made them 50% off). I arrive home to find a 60% off coupon in the mail (Ugh!). It took 3 weeks for the glasses to come in (we got special lenses), and I still brought the coupon that got mailed to my home in with us when we picked up the glasses. I honestly didn't think they would honor it, since I already made the purchase and it had been 3 weeks, but they did (that was a refund for $130)!
