Worst experience ever. As someone who has a hard time returning items and talking to customer service representatives it is very aggravating when I go to return an item and the lady I am dealing with, Paula, gives me a hard time. As someone who works in a restaurant and deals with customer service I know how important it is to work with the guest and not frustrate them and how to treat employees kindly, especially during this worker shortage. I was told that the card I bought the item on was not the card, yet I showed my bank statement saying I purchased it on that… she said there was no way she could help me figure out this situation with the card and only thing I could do would be get a gift card. I tried on my other card which is a visa even though she told me it was a master and still no luck. Then she said maybe there was something she could do, when before she said she couldnt do anything, then said bc I didnt use my rewards theres nothing she could do. so since i was already overwhelmed and frustrated by this experience. I felt as if she was giving me an even harder time because I am a younger person. So I took the giftcard… but after that experience Idk if i’d ever want to go into that...
Read moreI went in the Paper Store on 5/3/22 to look around. I was in the Plymouth location the day before and purchased a hat and was able to use a 30% off coupon from the catalog. It was a 1 time use and when I went into the Wareham store I asked a sales associate and the store manager if they could give me another 30% coupon because I wanted to buy another hat in a different color and explained to them about my purchase on Monday. They refused and wouldn't budget at all. I said a bit sarcastically is the store going to go out of business to give me 30% off! The manager was rude plus they are so over priced to begin with. I will not be shopping there again!!! I'll stick to Tjmaxx and Marshalls with better prices and nicer...
