Read moreOverall I like this store. All employees I’ve encountered before my experience today have been professional and friendly. This afternoon on my work break I had Amazon returns and opted to return them to this store because I’ve enjoyed my experiences shopping at this location. There was a bit of a line and that wasn’t an issue. The same employee that I’m writing this review in regards to apologized for the line for returns. When I got to the counter with my returns, had my codes ready for the returns. Employee told me they need to scan it twice which I’m aware of and understood. The code zoomed out and a work text came through so I cleared the text and zoomed back into the return code for the employee to scan. His response to me was “like I already said, I need to scan the code twice.” I was taken aback by his rudeness and slightly speechless. I explained I was zooming back into the code for him to scan the second time. He then complained that I zoomed in too far and that’s why he had to hold the scanning gun the way he was. Not for nothing but I am hard of hearing and my hearing aids were visible. But again I had actually heard the employee. Don’t want anyone to get in trouble, but just be aware and mindful that it’s not ok to be rude regardless of what kind of day you’re having. He was a tall, younger guy, seemingly friendly at first. But unfortunately experiences like this can turn people away from wanting to return to a location. Read moreI usually don’t write reviews, but I just had to share about my experience yesterday evening at this Staples store. Both Shawn and Brendan were amazing at completing a somewhat challenging and confusing job! Because of a glitch in my computer system pages for my almost 25 page document were not really in order. Shawn helped me lay them out systematically, giving me not more than I could put together easily! I needed 7 copies of the document . He was very patient. I also was so impressed with the color copies and the quality of the paper. I have not seen such high-quality paper at any other print store. Even though he said he wouldn’t be able to have it done by yesterday evening he worked diligently and completed the whole job while I was there.
