I have used the JCP Hair Salon at the Wareham Crossing in Wareham Ma for many years My hairdresser is Noreen Laurie the manager, Cheyenne & all the Staff are all very pleasant accomodating & a great bunch of ladies that do a great job & care about there customers. I also shop quite a bit at this store for myself & my family I use the coupons offered frequently especially with jewelry, pocketbooks & at the salon The store is lovely & well kept the clothing is very stylish & Shana & all the Regular Store Staff are extremely helpful There have been changes in several of the store departments such as the Women's (fuller figure) shoe & children's departments which is disappointing but I know it's difficult in these times I enjoy shopping in the store versus online but sadly with covid this has changed how alot of people shop JCP will always be my go to store it was while we were active duty military & stationed in many different states & it will continue to be as retirees Hope JCP is able to continue...

One of the dressing rooms was blocked off by an bunch of chairs and other furniture and another was in complete disarray, and by that I mean literally every dressing room had PILES of clothes in them. The bathroom was dirty and looked like the trash hadn't been taken out in 3 days at least the paper towels were over flowing from it. They had 1 rack of toddler clothes for sizes 2t-5t 1 singular rack and that was for boys and girls. I asked someone who worked there and she said "we haven't gotten any in yet" hmm seems weird to me. Not only that they didn't have a juniors department but they sure had a HUGE section of clearance clothes. The icing on the cake was the crappy customer service not one employee asked if I needed help with anything and when I left there was an employee standing in front of the doors inside the store talking so loud on her phone I could hear the entire...

I ordered a dishwasher, paid to have it installed and the old dishwasher hauled away and it was delivered with no instructions to be installed or haul old one away. I have contacted both the J.C. Penney customer service lines at least 20 times this week, waiting on the phone for at least 45 minutes each call to no avail. If you're just in the store buying something other than an appliance, they're probably okay but if you're buying a major appliance and need assistance with return or some other questions about appliance, good luck to you. I even pressed "want to make a new order" thinking someone is bound to answer if it's a new order but that doesn't change anything...no...
