Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. They rushed us out of the store on night 1 because they were closing (even though we got there 2 hours earlier but there was some problem with transferring of the phone data). Night 2 we got there again 2 hours before they close (because we work) and again same problem transferring. I had dropped my phone in the middle of this process and was told by the sales associate that he was going to do the insurance claim on the tablet in store because he "didn't feel like" calling the insurance company directly. We were locked out of that end of things because of more technical difficulty all in all spent 45 minutes trying to do the claim when he definitely could have called in that span of time. Ultimately he passed us on to another associate who said that he should've called because it's faster and we wouldn't have had to go through this affidavit process which came up at the end. It's now 8:10 and this sales associate is talking a mile a minute telling us what we have to do for the affidavit and sends us to staples stating "they'll know what to do". Shocker Staples had no idea what I was talking about and everything could've been done on the phone. In this span of time my phone completely stops working it's now day 3 and their insurance company asurion STILL hasn't verified that I'm a real person with a real claim. When I called to ask them they said I may see my new phone by Tuesday. All in all this will be a week and because my phone is now so broken that I can't see anything I will probably lose all of my photos etc anyway so spending the first two nights there was...

Store rep Matthew F on 5/4/2024 helped me upgrade my moms phonee, fast forward to November 11 2024 I was looking through my AT&T account and noticed a phone and service on my account and I called AT&T had it deactivated the customer rep told me that the line was created 3 minutes after my moms phone was upgraded on 5/4/2024 , I was told by AT&T t if I want to have this issue resolved I would need to contact the ownership of store location because they are a authorized dealer of AT&T so I go to location and Matthew is the only person in store I ask for owner contact he refused to give me the correct contact and had police serve me no trespass papers I was told by police that I would be contacted by the store ownership in 24 hours never happened. Thanks to this location for committing fraud on my identity yāall should feel very proud. I filed a police report and am seeking a good lawyer to be sure I get some justice for this act against me. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by every staffer in the building, and asked what brought me in. I was then guided to a staff member named Carlos.
This man was nothing short of brilliant, patient, and kind. He was easy to talk to, and didnāt make me feel embarrassed for breaking my screen protector. He genuinely showed concern when he heard I hadnāt registered my prior purchase, and without the airs of arrogance, patiently walked me through the process of ensuring I had all the information required. He even educated me on a few new tricks regarding my phone that I hadnāt a clue about.
I struggle with speaking to people I donāt know very well, but Carlos made carrying a conversation so effortless, and warm. Instead of simply attempting to sell me something, he was more concerned with knowing me in the few minutes I was in the store.
He made what usually is a nervous situation for me, (of having to gather my nerves and walk in a store and squawk the same sentence Iāve spent 5 minutes practicing so I donāt trip over my words in nervousness), easy.
