Very rude. Ordered 3 meals thru the drive thru. Got to the window and they only had two of the orders (both of which were supposed to be plain, neither were). Claimed I didn't order the third when I know I did. So I said I'd park and come in and reorder, and they said I couldn't because dining room was closed, so I left. The girl who gave us the food was very rude and claimed we didn't order what I know we did. Honey just because you can't hear doesn't mean I didn't order. I have sympathy for food service workers because I work in food service but this is ridiculous
Update (Nov. 29, 2023): Went to Wendy's today. I know they're bad about putting straws in the bag so I asked the man "are there straws in the bag?" He said yes. I pull off and see that there are NOT straws in the bag. Then I get home and realized that they didn't put bacon on my bacon double stack. It just sucks. The drive thru line is always crazy long and then half the time when I do get my food, something is missing or wrong. I always tell myself I'm gonna stop going but the food is good and affordable so I always tell myself it'll be better this time and I'm usually wrong. I know they're busy, I have sympathy for that fact, but management needs to train the employees more or hire more people. I don't think the employees are at fault, I'm sure they're doing their best, but management or corporate needs to give them the training and enough help so they can get everything done right. Read moreWhat an awesome experience at this particular restaurant. On this particular visit (7/19/19) I went inside and right away I noticed it was clean and everything in the condiment section where you get straws, salt & pepper and all that was well stocked neatly. There was plenty of ketchup and other the commodities that you would expect. Additionally the parking lot was exceptionally clean. The floors inside the restaurant dining room area were clean as well as the tables and counters. Also in the food prep area it was clean and I was actually enjoying knowing that I'd be able to post a great review. Begining with the front counter person who was professional and very courteous. She greeted with a smile and she was very efficient with both taking my order and reading it back to me to make sure it was correct. I even spoke to the manager who explained that her sister was the general manager of that location. I explained that I was one of the Google surveyors and that this was one of the best experiences I've had not only at that store but at other Wendy's locations as well. Read moreWORST WENDYS I will not be surprised if I get food poisoning… we have been traveling and stopped for lunch at 2pm they had no food ready and were out of food completely. My chicken sandwich was burnt and squishy how that happens idk. The oil clearly hasn’t been changed in a while. The drink machine was also caked in goop. I didn’t even bother trying to order something else because I had no faith they would get that right either. Not to mention the staff was so sidetracked with their own conversations they disregarded every customer and treated them like a burden. Then the bathrooms happened… 2 employees were sitting on the bathroom floor on their phones. This bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned in days. The floor was wet and toilet paper everywhere the toilets had stale pee in them and on the floor. Then I watched the employees walk out of the bathroom not wash their hands and go right back to making food like they weren't just sitting in pee on the floor of the bathroom. I know it’s Wendy’s and honestly I didn’t expect much but I did expect to get a half decent sandwich that I could take more than 1 bite of before throwing away and for the employees to at least pretend they didn’t hate...
