Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Warr Acres

Dear Church's Chicken Team,

I wanted to share my recent dining experience, which was a bit of a paradox. On one hand, the food served was absolutely top-notch – truly, your kitchen deserves a round of applause for the steaming hot, perfectly cooked chicken that graced our table. However, and this is a rather sizeable 'however,' the temperature inside the restaurant was reminiscent of a winter's chill, so much so that it could have doubled as a storage room for snow cones!

The icy interior was not only a topic of hushed conversations among guests—who were bundled up as if ready for a sleigh ride—but it also played the villain in rapidly cooling down our meals, which, might I add, started as a delightful culinary inferno. My companions and I, a party of three, ended up with noses running faster than kids to a playground. I couldn’t help but think, if the temperature had dropped any further, we might have seen a penguin waddle by asking for a seat at the table.

I understand the staff are not equipped with magical powers to control the elements, and they did their job admirably under the circumstances. However, the ambiance of a restaurant plays a crucial symphony with the food, and in this instance, it was sadly off-key. When the world outside is already painting a frosty picture, the warmth of a restaurant should act as a haven, not an extension of the tundra.

Creating an environment that is warm and welcoming is essential, especially when the weather outside is frightful. Adjusting the internal temperature to provide a comfortable atmosphere would not only enhance the dining experience but would make it a place where the warmth of your food is matched by the warmth of your hospitality.

Went through the drive thru today and had the most rude service I've ever had from this location the guy in the window snatch a bag from me because I wanted to exchange my bottle of fruit punch I respectfully asked if he can exchange the one he came to the window with because it was spilling out every where just cleaned my car didn't want to spill anything in it he snatched it up then came back with the same one couldn't get out the parking lot fast enough casue when I looked down there it was spilling all over my floor I guess he just went to wipe it off and handed it to me straight me thinking he done the right thing by exchanging it I didn't think to check it again ik it was the first one because from before because when I look at the bottle it was allot gone out of it and not as much on my floor I'm highly disappointed and will never be back to this location will never recommend anyone to them again I've called and called no answer so thumbs down completely service deserves 0 Stars Update went back to try to get a refund they were.being totally rude and told me they can give me a refund at all with no real reason at all why I had the receipt and the product she told me I am a problem remind you this is the first problem I've ever had with this store I actually loved coming here for 7 years my mom and i favorite chicken place but...

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! I went there tonight almost two hours before close. There was no one inside besides staff and drive through. Was not greeted to begin with it was 'what chu want?'. Was not given straws, sauce, or sides, or the correct size of drink. Then was not acknoledged by drive through young lady to move up just carelessly moving her hand outside window hurriedly to move up. Thought ok no biggie but there was no one behind us. 5mins pass someone pulls up behind they order and get their things then leave. 10mins go by and no new customers. Another 10mina go by and finally someone brings out our food. We ask the young lady about our sides and for some straws. By the time she comes back we realize that they also forgot the ranch so we say we're so sorry but could we also have some ranch cause its not in here. That's when she flips a switch we get nothing but eye rolls, dirty looks, and her mumbling rude things under her breath. Will NEVERRRRRRR get church again if this is how all your staff is. should have known though from these...
