Here is a place that has a nice vibe. Lukas is located within a strip mall and is the anchor business. We decided to go on Sunday for an early dinner before the crowds. It gave us an opportunity to settle in and have a cocktails before dinner. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. We started with an Old Fashioned which had a nice pour of bourbon. We ordered the Thai Aioli Calamari. The Calamari was lightly dusted in flour giving it a nice crunch to the batter yet still protecting the tender Calamari rings (no head caps or tentacles). The rings were topped with scallions, greens, Thai dressing to make it a tasty preview to what was coming. Our entrees were served in a timely manner not rushing through our meal. The filet mignon was served in a light buttery sauce with green scallions. The steak was cooked to perfection at medium rare. Sides are extra and we ordered broccoli rabe. It was garnished with sauteed garlic and cherry tomatoes in olive oil. The other side was mashed potatoes. The broccoli rabe was delicious while the mashed potatoes were bland but, were topped with fresh parsley. The other entree was pan seared shrimp and scallops over mushroom risotto. Pan searing shrimp and scallops can be very tricky. Best to undercook than overcooked. The seafood was right on that border of being overcooked to my liking but, still good. The mushroom risotto was tasty and moist. The overall dish was eye appealing with the eatable flower. We ended our meal with banana foster and cappuccinos. The banana foster was served with banana slices not the typical horizontal cut. Typically, melted butter, brown sugar and walnuts create that nice caramelization needed to make crust with a crunch. This was missing in our dessert. We did taste a faint bit of liquor but, it needed a little bit more. The ice cream was melting before we were served our dessert but, still had its shape. Although portions of our meal were average we did enjoy it with a desire to come back again to sample other dishes. The restaurant did have a cozy atmosphere with woods and stone walls. Their walls were decorated with art, wine bottles, fireplaces, etc. They do have indoor and outdoor seating sections. The outdoor seating is in front of the restaurant not giving you a good view. They did extend the back of the restaurant. It creates an nice environment with a fireplace and outdoor heating lamps. The glass panels have screens for warmer days and nights to enjoy fresh air. The inside has a bar and three rooms to be seated at. Each room or section has it's own touch of class. The strip mall has plenty of parking with outdoor lighting. Overall, our dining experience was very good and it will cost you but, let that not deter you in trying...

I’ve been to Lukas Seafood & Grille probably four times now, and it’s hands down one of my absolute favorite restaurants. Every single visit is consistently amazing — from the moment you sit down to the last bite of dessert, everything is flawless.
Service & Atmosphere: As soon as you’re seated, they bring out fresh, cold water and warm bread with olive paste and butter — it’s so good and such a perfect start to the meal. The service here is impeccably fast — nothing stays on the table for more than five minutes, and every course comes out perfectly timed. The staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly without ever feeling rushed.
The atmosphere is beautiful — cozy lighting, comfortable seating, and their covered outdoor area is a total win. It’s warm, inviting, and perfect for evenings when you want that open-air feeling without worrying about the weather.
Food: Every dish I’ve tried here has been fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. We started with the crab cake appetizer — crispy on the outside, soft and savory inside, served with a creamy sauce and lemon slices. The seafood pasta was packed with mussels, clams, shrimp, and calamari in a rich tomato broth that tasted incredibly fresh and balanced. The chicken entrée with mashed potatoes and asparagus was tender and juicy, topped with a light buttery sauce that tied everything together.
Each plate is thoughtfully presented with a decorative flower and herbs — not edible, but a nice elegant touch that makes the dishes look restaurant-quality in every way.
Drinks & Dessert: The drinks and wine here are fantastic! My berry cocktail was refreshing, fruity, and gorgeous — garnished with mint and fresh strawberries. For dessert, we had the tres leches cake and the crème brûlée. Both were incredible — the tres leches was creamy, rich, and soaked just right, while the crème brûlée had that perfect caramelized crust and soft, custardy center.
Everything at Lukas Seafood & Grille tastes fresh and made with care. The service is fast, the food is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is warm and elegant. Whether you’re on a date night, celebrating something special, or just want an amazing dinner — this place never...
Read moreI am fairly certain I was at a different restaurant from all the reviews l read. I made reservations for 6 on Mother’s Day at 7:15PM. I had always wanted to try Luka’s and my mother was excited to go to after reading the menu. Upon arriving we were seated at a table that was booth on one side and chairs on the other. Sounds ok except the chairs were cheap banquet chairs that you would find at a high school prom. I won’t even mention that you could hear the swinging doors slam every time someone came out of the kitchen. The waitress came right over to take our drink order and bread was brought to the table. Shortly after we placed our appetizer and dinner orders. Never did see one of the appetizers we ordered (the one my husband pointed to and actually asked a question about). When we asked about it, after we finished the others apps (because no one checked on us) we were asked if we wanted it, obviously we declined. During this time I ordered a soda. Our entrees came (everyone’s beverages were empty) and still no soda. My fifteen year old had to ask about the drinks and questioned were mine was. I finally got my soda (forget about if we wanted more wine). We started eating our entrees, which were very good, still no one ever checked on us, when we realized the steak au poivre, listed as ribeye, that my husband and 2 of my sons ordered was actually a strip steak. When we questioned one of the many people walking around about it, he sent our waitress back to say that they ran out of ribeyes and did we want anything else. Really? At $38 you are going to sub a steak and then not tell anyone and hope for the best? And then you send the waitress to explain? Where was the management that everyone raves about in their reviews? And then to make it all better they take $4 off of each steak!!! Gee thanks. At about 8:45, as we were finishing our meal, they start moving furniture around. The only thing that could have made it better was if they started vacuuming. Our bill was almost $400 and the only positive thing I can say is that the food was good…. The service, the ambience, the overall experience, not so much. Fine dining I don’t think so. With so many other choices there is no reason to ever go back or to recommend this...
