McDonald's — Restaurant in Warren

I am re-doing this because I guess the first one never went through or so but I’m just typing on here because I ordered delivery today at like 630 and it took McDonald’s about like 10 to 15 minutes to make my food to give to my doordasher. Luckily I did get my food very warm which was good but it shouldn’t have taken them 10 to 15 minutes to make food and then hand it to the person receiving my food. I would like to say that this is horrible customer service, and since I do work in customer service and I fast food place this is unacceptable and I am very not appreciative of this experience from my experience last night with DoorDash since it took them an hour or less since it took them 30 minutes to get me a new Dasher when my first one canceled to pick up his kid. I also ordered two chicken sandwiches and they did not get the pickles like I ordered them with and I was very upset because I have read the reviews about people either getting pickles on the order when they don’t want pickles or when they do get pickles, they don’t receive their pickles. This is not how you should be doing this any fast food place if a customer ask for certain modifications to their order, you make those modifications no matter what being lazy or not it is the right thing to do and you should have the food ready within 5 to 10 minutes within the first placement of the order not 10 minutes...

My bf went out to get us food and he came back with cold soggy burgers, cold fries and smoothies were basically water because all the ice melted in it. It took him over thirty minutes of waiting in the second take out line to get the food and no one came to the window to give him the food. He went into to ask what was going on as did the person in the car behind him and the after waiting another ten minutes in line. Our food had been sitting on the back counter for over thirty minutes and we got it handed to us cold, the employees then said the second line was for hearing impaired only. If the second line is for hearing impaired put a sign up that says that. Our friend went in the other day and ordered food fine and both lines were running smoothly. Tons of kids in the back taking orders, I don't know if they even had the proper training. I am extremely disappointed that 2 cheeseburgers, two fries and two smoothies took over thirty minutes. What can I say about McDonald's? Well... For one thing, there's too much variety on the menu; this singular flaw slows down the ordering process and makes what was once a super-fast model of efficiency a bloated shambling shell of its former self.

It may have something to do with my aging body, but the food here usually makes me ill after ingesting it. I have to stick to the items that I know won't do this, and fortunately I know what those are. I really dislike fast food french fries, and McDonald's are particularly bad. I always order a diet Coke here, and it never seems to be mixed quite right, tasting funny like there's too much syrup and not enough carbonation.

This particular location is exceedingly dirty every single time I go in, with garbage bins filled to the top and crumbs on every table.

So I guess you're wondering why I rated this so high if the restaurant is so disgusting? Simple: They have the Big Mac, which is one of my favorite hamburgers, and this is the only place...
