Absolutely horrible!!!! Ordered pizza and my square pizza was raw! It gets even better, when I called to tell them my pizza was raw, I was told someone would have to call me back. I waited 25 minutes and no one called back . So I called again, the person answering the phone said the cook was busy. I asked to speak to him. When he got on the phone, he said he was going to call me back as he was currently too busy . I asked when he was planned to call me back, but he refused to answer that question. He stated that if he called me back, other customer’s orders would be delayed or possibly receive wrong orders. I asked why my order wasn’t important because I paid already. He then proceeded to tell me he was talking to me now. I explained the pizza was raw and he stated the pizza was put on a conveyor for 6 minutes. I asked if the pizza was checked before it was sent for delivery? He did respond. He again explained how the pizza was cooked. I again explained that the dough was raw. He said he would replace my pizza for free. I asked how is it free? It was a pizza that I paid for so it’s not free. I then asked him how long it would take for him to replace the pizza. He told me that I had to bring it to the restaurant, he would examine it, and then make me another pizza. I asked if he was the manager or the owner he stated he was the cook. He stated that I could call and talk to the owner tomorrow but he will tell me the same thing. At this point, I will never order from them again!!!! Absolute worst service ever!!!!!! You can see in the picture that it is raw! I don’t trust that they would not do something to my food if I would have it remade! I will spread the word not to order anything from this place!!!! This used to be one of my favorite to go spots, but lately they have been dropping the ball greatly. Poor customer service from girls at the counter, especially the young black girl, her attitude is so rotten and she acts like she is too good to be there, to cooks who can't follow simple requests. That last 4 times I have ordered something has been wrong and tonight is the final straw. Since I just got home from the hospital, since a cook can't read no peppers on an order and I am allergic to peppers when they are ingested. I ordered a steak quesdilla and specifically stated no green peppers because of my allergy I expect my request to be honored. No where on the door dash menu does it say that there are banana peppers on the quesdilla. My quesdilla was loaded with banana peppers,. I didn't realize this until after the first two bites and my throat started to swell due to reaction. Thank God I only live 2 miles from the ER. If your cooks can't follow simple request maybe they need to be replace. Also maybe they need to be Trained in ServSafe Allergens and realize the effects an allergen can have on a person. Also wondering if there was a servsafe manager on duty at all times, like there is suppose to be. This was hands down once the best pizzeria experiences we as a family have ever had. There were 10 of us for a 5th birthday party. The food and level of service we experienced was superb in every way. The pizza was great, came round with a thinner crust, cheese and black olives for the kids, Hawaiian with baked jalapenos for the adults, ordered a macaroni and cheese, it was rich and flavorful with a perfectly browned cheese, antipasto salad hit the mark, large steak and cheese sub on a fresh bread with obviously freshly cut vegetables ..... compares to any sub place in Metro Detroit. They have beer and wine including draught beer and seltzers. IPA was fair but I'm an IPA snob. Dessert pizza which was complimentary (as I said customer service was top notch) was a kind of decadent strawberry crumble crisp which just finished everything off with a bang!!!
