White Castle — Restaurant in Warren

Stopped for lunch. It's quick in line and ordering. Order arrived as ordered. I was on my way enjoying my lunch. Drive thru and in door ordering available. No indoor seating. Accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards with the Visa, M/C logo. Cashier was professional and courteous. Would highly recommend coming to this location.

Update as of 11/21/22...stopped here on the way home from a friend's house. Waited in line about 12-15 minutes as they were busy. I order a #1 without cheese and extra pickles with a large fry and Coke. Almost $12. I didn't stop to make sure I had what I ordered as there were plenty of cars behind me. Well to my surprise I didn't get what I thought I had ordered. I was expecting four burgers and a large fry and Coke. Instead I received (2) Double cheese burgers, didn't know if they had pickles on them or not as I couldn't taste them, large fry and a large Coke. Disappointment for sure. The company representative who took the order must have been busy talking to co-workers to much to be paying attention as I repeated my order back to her. While waiting in line and I hadn't moved yet she came back and asked if I wanted to order. I stated back to her, that I already had ordered but the cars hadn't moved yet. Upon coming to the drive thru window I paid for my order and waited. She had been talking about a banquet hall to her fellow colleagues and she then opened the drive thru window again and asked for payment again and then realized I had already paid her. She apologized and kind of just...

Kennie is a horrible manager. I was billed immediately for my order when I pulled up. Then I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. They told me it was taking a while because I ordered mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers. I get it... but 20 minutes later no food... no explanation? The workers were avoiding the window. Almost hiding in the back behind it. I'm not sure what the hell they were doing but they certainly were not taking care of customers in the drive thru. I seen at least 1 other car pull out of the line frustrated at the wait. I asked for and got a refund. I also passed this experience along via White Castle survey. I'm not exaggerating when I say I waited 20 minutes. The receipt was time stamped. I also honked my horn to get Associates attention. They ignored me for at least 1 minute. Nobody left in the lobby.... what the heck were your employees doing? Your business lost money that day. I doubt this incident is isolated. I don't wish to come back. But out of convenience and love for the WC sliders. Please! Do better! I'd love to come back and revise this review.

PS I uploaded pictures of my receipt and refund. I dare you to go check your camera footage during those 20 minutes I sat there. White Ford...

Love the impossible burger but every time I go I ask them for everything on it and they always leave off the ketchup...more recently I waited in the drive thru line for 5 minutes...the person never came back to the intercom after asking me to hold..I said hello several times but no response .I go up to the window and place my order...they ask me to pull up after several minutes and offered me a drink for my wait so that earned a star there...after waiting at the pull up line for 7 minutes I couldn’t wait any longer. I had waited for too long...I go in and say I either need a refund or the burgers Bc I had to go it had alrrmeadt been almost 20 minutes waiting beteeen waiting at the intercom for her to come back...then waiting in line and then having to pull up..the I have to get out of my car...go inside to get my food...then after I pull off I see they have cheese on them...I am a vegan I do not eat cheese but couldn’t turn back around Bc my lunch was over...I told them no cheese...very disappointed...they got another star because atleast the person tried to be pleasant even though my order...
