Cottage Inn Pizza is one of my favorite pizza spots, so it pains me to give this location only 2⭐'s. My 1st order was 02/17/2021 and my order was missing toppings on one of the pizzas I ordered and the replacement order was incorrect as well. I knew this location was new so I chalked it up new employees & training. No worries. Today, 03/20/2021 my order was seemingly incorrect & missing items. Ordered 2 Large Gourmet Pizzas (1 round, 1 square Deep Dish) and a Grilled Chicken Pita (Toasted). Received what looked like a Large (round) & Small (deep dish) pizza + my toasted Pita was cold & missing the side of Italian Dressing.
I called to report this issue & spoke w/Brian who was nice & accommodating. The deep dish pizza & sub were replaced, however this small pizza was still the same size. After speaking w/Brian again, he informed me that the Large Square Deep Dish pizza is a 12"x12". The menu states a Large pizza (round, deep dish or thin) is 14"x14". I felt like it was a bait n switch. I asked Brian to please notify the general mgmt asap of the menu issue and he stated he would. Lastly, the toppings on my round Flavorful Vegetarian pizza were so skimpy, I needed a magnifying glass confirm that they were indeed there. For sure the one thing that was missing on my Flavorful Vegetarian pizza was the Pesto drizzle I paid extra for. Not good...
Sadly, I won't be returning or ordering from this Cottage Inn location again. The inconveniences with continued inaccuracies is a huge waste of my time & time is the one thing that can't be remade or refunded. Not just to me but his co-worker too. He was only talking in a disrespectful manner.
My pizza was ordered online, first, it was not ready well after committed time and then;
I entered the store, Carl was on counter, in his PJs, dirty pullover. It was filthy enough, which made me lose my appetite. I ignored that and asked if my order was ready. He asked what's the name on the order, I told him the name to which he kept replying "I DO NOT KNOW X" (the name) with look if disgust on his face. You do not need to know the name, you just need to know if the order is ready or not. I am a person of color but in a way better shape and manner than him atleast. His expressions and actions were disgusting and disrespectful enough to give up and walk away.
Please note, my problem is with this specific worker, Carl. Other person working in the back was kind enough talk to me and understand what is going on. This person was well behaved, well dressed, kind, and professional. He even offered to make a pizza, but I was too disrepected and disgusted by this event to stand another second in that store.
I'm never going back to this store or even ordering delivery. I usually used to order pizza from here for company meetings.

We placed a large order with them online, and they somehow managed to screw up every item on the order by adding sauce, or removing toppings, at their will. When we got home, about 20 minutes away, and found the order to be wrong, my husband spent 15 minutes on the phone with the manager who decided to argue with him about the order, and said that the online ordering automatically adds sauce or removes toppings…they offered for us to bring back the wrong items and get new, but since we live a distance away, we declined. He offered a credit on our account for the inconvenience. Fast forward a few months, and we are ready to give them another chance. Upon calling in for the order, we are told the credit expired! Of course, this was not communicated to us, or we would have used it before now. The current manager on duty was absolutely useless, and refused to provide any assistance.
