DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! They have terrible service!!!! Bought a bed and box spring for my daughter (she wanted to redo her room for her sweet 16) I sent my wife and my daughter to pick it out. They changed the price from what was previously discussed, then purposely overcharged for delivery. Then once they did deliver the mattress and box spring, they just put it on the porch, did not put it in the room. Unfortunately, we immediately discovered that the peices were too small, so we call and notify ( to Chris the mgr) who promptly agreed to switch it out and proceeded to do so at almost the origanal price of the first mattress set with an additional delivery charge.....OMG!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE!!!!!! After this experience, I felt so bad, i felt violated for not having another option in a crisis situation. Next time i will just buy from VCF, who also delivered this morning, took time, put everything in the room, set it up and wished my daughter a happy Birthday (they were a class act). I’ve been a loyal customer here for 3 years and bought two mattresses I loved. The staff used to be helpful and transparent about pricing. But today, I called to ask if they had king-size firm or extra firm mattresses and what the price range was. The person said prices start at $250. I asked how high they could go so I wouldn’t be surprised in-store, and he hung up on me. I called back to ask his name—he said Keith. I was shocked by the rudeness. If you’re planning to shop here, just know what kind of service you might get. Really disappointing after years of good experiences. Not going there anymore. - from my list just because...
