Wendy's — Restaurant in Warren

Whoever runs this place seriously needs to undergo some extensive training or loose their damn job. There is no reason that I should order a Wensday Meal, 4 biggie bags, a Saucy Nugget, and 5 Frostys (fyi the Wednesday meal come with a 10 piece nugget). I went through the drive through and I'm in a tiny car, it's really hard to check a innall of the bags, especially when they are not organized. The biggie bags should have all of there items in the same bag, not scattered about in 6+ bags. Bit it gets worse, Ive arrived home and I'm trying to pass the food out to my hard working family and that's when I relize, all the forosrys are chocolate, when I specify ordered one vanilla and four chocolate. The Saucy nuggets were not Saucy, they were just plain spicy nuggets, and the 10 piece within the Wednesday meal was replaced with a 4 piece. I don't know what kind of incompetent individuals they have working at this location but they seriously need to all be fired and replace with people who actually give a damn. The fried were old and unsalted' the frostyz were all melted the second they were handed to me, and all of the food just tasted old and out of date. The even worse part is that my hard working father paid damn near $50 for this order to not even receive decent quality...

Food was good. When it comes to the customer service, the lady heard our order wrong and instead of apologizing (we even offered to pay the difference) her and the manager of this place tried to correct us customers and tell us we need to tell them specifically what we want. We ordered honey butter chicken biscuits with extra honey butter and were given honey butter biscuits with no chicken. Also ordered 3 potatoes only received 2. The dining room was closed had to go around drive through again when we told them the problem, we were given an attitude and told we didn’t order the right way. We POLITELY disagreed and wanted our correct order and would pay whatever difference there was and upon receiving our correct order were then lectured by the manager who said that we really need to be specific next time we order. We were the ones who were apologetic. Multiple people in the car heard us order it the way we wanted it. This was handled very poorly. What has happened to customer service? As usual, exceptionally poor service. The wait in the drivethru was way too long, and we discovered why once we finally got to the speaker; we had to repeat our order 3 times. Once we made it to the window, the young lady employee was having a conversation, we thought, with the customer ahead of us. Apparently, that was not a friendly conversation because whatever the customer wanted, she didn’t get and drove away, angrily. Waiting on subsequent customers took so long, customers were wrapped around the building and HONKING! We got home with our food, and all of it was cold. The fries were SO ridiculously old and cold. My nuggets were lukewarm. My chicken sandwich was not made correctly. It was actually missing ingredients. My fiancé's food was equally as bad. Oh, and we paid with a card and the young lady did not immediately give back the card. She also failed to give us a receipt. This store is...
