Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Warrensburg

When I arrived I was 30+ place in a line out the door. I ordered online while in line and the online side was moving slowly but Alexia took charge of the online and door dash orders and made sure to get each of our orders out quick. Before she took over no one was handling online orders. Alexia saved the day. If not for her id still be waiting for the ice cream and id be writing a one star review. She deserves some recognition. She made us feel like a priority and had professionalism. She gave us the impression she actually cared about our experience and worked hard to make things right even though it wasn't her fault. I know they're new and busy. No fault pointed at them as a whole but it might be needed in the future to have someone in charge of online orders periodically checking them especially when it's busy so orders don't...

The workers at this location were awesome. Very friendly, worked quickly and the end result was yummy! There was a big line when we arrived, but we stayed because we could see they had seven workers. It only took about five minutes to get through the line, and the weight was well worth it. I will definitely be back to this location when I return to...

Not impressed at all. The pineapple sorbet was disgusting and the waffle cone was so stale like you was chewing on beef jerky forever. Some of the ice cream was ok but so sweet you can't hardly eat it said my kids and same with their waffle cone stale as all get out. Our first time going here and was so disappointed. Hannah bananas is way better...
