I'm going to give this establishment a four instead of a three for the quality of food & trying to make things right instead of trying to cover up mistakes. I recently had an experience at a restaurant where they also made multiple errors, including not putting bacon on a meal that I specifically bought because I saw the bacon in the picture on the menu, but when I brought it to thier attention, they charged me full price for the meal😮 Anyway, had the salmon topped with lobster and lumpcrab, garlic mashed potatoes, and house salad. The house salad had.minimal dressing & I wasn't really feeling it. It was replaced with a Caesar salad that was definitely better, but had multiple large pieces of lettuce that were brown. The garlic potatoes were very good, just unimpressive with the portions even though it had two scoops. I had asked for an extra side of potatoes, which they actually added on the house! However, when I really started getting into the 2nd serving of potatoes, they were cold from sitting underneath a vent blowing AC. The 1st serving of the salmon, had a good size piece of skin sitting there that was overcooked to the point of being inedible & hard. It naturally took away from the entree. They brought a new piece of salmon, bit it didn't have the amounts of lumpcrab & lobster that the 1st serving did, so that was disappointing, however, it was way better cooked & therefore more pleasing to the eye & appetizing. When I ready for the bill, they comped the meal, so that was a surprise. I still tipped almost 25%. There's.no reason not to pay someone for thier time especially when they tried to make things right. The thing I would say about the meal was it had a large flavoring of pepper throughout. My stomach was disturbed through the rest of the evening. I wouldn't get this particular meal again because the degree of pepper in the recipes, from the salad to the salmon seasoning. Read moreLet me tell you...... Carrabba's this is the first time I've been to your restaurant and let me say this. Unparalleled service!!!! I have not experienced the level of service I experienced here today. Upon arriving host staff was very attentive and seated us quickly and the lead hostess knew her job very well! We got seated and just began to get settled in when Brian our server (who deserves a raise might I say) showed up quickly and got our drinks but also had recommended the fried mozzarella. On a whim I asked for the mozzarella.... when Brian left the table, 30 secs pass by and the mozzarella is on the table! As if the busser had been listening behind me. Also finished my drink and another shows up without my asking. Brian recommended the Mahi Wolfe with a side of pasta because how can you have Italian without pasta! I got sausage and onion soup as well. ALL OF IT WAS PERFECT 👌 and quick. The whole team working as a well oiled machine just had me awestruck. And to top it all off when we got up to leave after giving Brian some kudos on a job well done. I was looking for him on the way out. As I faced the direction our table was in to see where Brian had gone. Brian had teleported with his ninja-like serving skills to open the door for my lady and I to leave. Read moreI ordered to go, carside. When I first ordered, the app gave me a time. About 5 minutes later, I get a text updating the time that my order was almost ready. Jo, I went there immediately and sent them the information that I was there and what parking spot I was in. I waited for almost 20 minutes and I decided to go in and see what was the holdup. My order was being held because they weren't sure if it was paid for. I paid by Google pay so they should have gotten a receipt, but nobody came out to see if my order was paid for. They just waited for me. I told him it was paid for. I picked up my order and went out to the car and we immediately checked it. Everything was cold, not warm, not lukewarm, everything was cold. Even to the point that the bread because they put it in the paper bag, had dryness on the edges. The most unacceptable experience I have had. And it gets better because there was a car next to me, they pulled in and we're waiting for their order, when I went in and got mine and came out with the order, that girl went in too and she was not happy because she was waiting almost 15 next. I don't know what took so long, the restaurant wasn't extremely busy, but the comment that they didn't know if it was paid for is ridiculous. I'll never go there again.
