The store is stocked with cool and unique gifts that will bring joy to the heart, but misinformed teammates easily ruined the experience. Sometimes its not what you say, but how you say it. I wanted to use my Samsung pay app at cashout, the associate said "we don't take that here" so i said it works most places so may i try. "No it doesn't work, it will decline" so i tried anyways and tada like magic it worked. Instead of accepting that Samsung pay worked, the teammate quipped "well we better get paid is all I know" as she spoke to another teammate next to her. My 7yr old and I just wanted to buy a gift for his mom for xmas. The $16.99 mug is like a million dollars to my son but there was no need to make it seem like we were trying to rob the store and not pay for the mug. I will return to return the mug and get a refund , but I will not return to patronize this store...
Read moreI was so excited that I found a pocketbook on clearance that matched another piece I have. I asked if I could use the mall g/c and the young girl said, "Yes'. Long story short, I was owed 7.76 back and evidently the policy of the store is only $5 cash back. I stood there IGNORED by the two women who were in charge as they literally spoke in front of me like I did not exist! NOT once did either look at me to explain the problem or say they were sorry for the delay. THE WORST customer service ever and I doubled back to tell them how I will never shop in this location again. The young girl was very sweet and I told her she could wait on someone else if she needed, but the other two...no eye contact, no smiles and I have to say they took the joy out of...
Read moreVery Disappointing. Purchased a gift for my mother for Christmas. Unfortunately, she fell and broke her hip. After months of being in hospital, rehab and also a stay at my house she is finally back home. She asked me to return present as she wont be using it. The purse is clearly unused, original tags & receipt. Not only did the refuse to issue refund, but would not issue a store credit or other solution, citing store policy. I have purchased many things from this store. I am not doubting this is their policy, in fine print, but very poor customer service not to offer other solutions , only to keep repeating the policy...
