It’s unfortunate that the owners have chosen to respond with misleading information rather than addressing the actual issues. Let me clarify the facts:

False Claims of Freshness: My girlfriend and I both consumed the coffee, which was not fresh, as they claim. It was served from a plastic container, not brewed on the spot, raising serious concerns about quality and health. Fresh coffee is brewed fresh—this was anything but.

Misleading Justifications: Blaming my health reaction on when I consumed the coffee is absurd. The issue wasn’t timing; it was the poor quality of the coffee itself. Don’t pass off generic excuses as professional advice.

Negative Experience with Substitution: While they mentioned providing a substitution, the replacement was no better. Both my girlfriend and I felt worse afterward, experiencing heart palpitations for the rest of the day.

Overpricing and Misrepresentation: This establishment is charging premium prices for subpar products while claiming to be a health-conscious business. That’s deceptive and irresponsible.

If you’re positioning yourselves as a "health spot," act like one. Selling products that are neither fresh nor beneficial to customers' health is dangerous and unethical. If you can’t ensure quality, perhaps it’s time to reconsider your business practices.

Ordered a couple strawberry banana smoothies and unfortunately they tasted like ice water. They were beautiful looking, but there was not a flavor of strawberry nor banana in either of our smoothies so it was very disappointing. Also you could see it was crushed ice, and milk was not added for some reason? However, we also ordered a chocolate banana smoothie. Don't bother ordering this place through Uber eats, they aren't transparent with their hours, so the order goes in but they dont get it or make it, they're listed as open, but they aren't, its incredibly irresponsible to be deceitful with hours, Uber only reflects what the store/restaurant hours show.
