I am a long time loyal customer of dunkin. As they are convenient and I am always on the go. Not just for myself but also with any cooperate activity, I always turn and support dunkin and always speak highly and refer people there and to take advantage of award program. This location is close to my daughter soccer game so I decide to grab a caramel ice coffee with whole milk to enjoy while watching the game. Totally ruin my afternoon to say the least. This is not a complicated request made via drive thru and I was handed off with a drink that look like cola. Maybe they forgot the milk so I clarify that. The employee, Daylein (perhaps not correct spelling) roll her eyes and took the drink back. All I can hear is a little chit chat and giggles but whatever, i just want my drink. On its way back the drink still somewhat look dark to my preference but I was like whatever until I notice a sloppy spilled all over the exterior of the cup. While still being patient I just ask for napkins. Again the giggles and cup wipe down. Handed off to me and Ofcourse spilled all over my car exterior, interior and clothes. Stickiness everywhere and this employee got the nerve attitude to say âwhy you squeeze itâ. Hello, how else would I be taking the drink from you and why would I want to cause a mess on myself. And for her to walk off without an apology. I never feel so insulted and humiliated. Human errors happen and I do get loose caps, slight spills and not perfect drink from time to time but I never have I been treated this way. This is unprofessional and is not how customer should be treated and also create a bad reputation. All the other customers that had witness this from in store to drive thru. Such a negative exposure. Lazy and Carelessness and should not be in a customer face position. Manager was not available but I had contacted cooperate. Clearly the employee approached of insult and discrimination was present. . Due to this negative experience on an expected relax Friday had changes the way I feel about dunkin. I hope this feedback get through to this employee directly with discipline action plan. I now have to spend money for interior cleaning that is not worth it from being cause by a...
Read moreI use Uber Eats quite a bit on the weekends because I'm busy running errands, etc. The last few weekends the orders have been arriving either completely wrong (got someone else's order) or missing items or wrong items. Today was no different. I was extremely aggravated at this point and had to go thru the nonsense of being reimbursed. This ti.e, I called the store to tell them and they actually had the nerve to blame the Uber driver. I was told they were still putting the order together and the driver came in and took it. This is a load of crap because the bag was already sealed. What was put in the bag had nothing to do with the driver picking it up. I love how blame is shifted to someone else. NO ONE takes responsibility for anything anymore. I ordered a large dunkalatte and some food. The food was correct but I got this pink strawberry crap drink and a smaller size than what I ordered. The print out stuck to the bag was correct. The careless person at Dunkin that packed the bag did it wrong. Again. The management in this store for weekends is ATROCIOUS. They are all kids that don't care or just don't pay attention. When I called, I was actually asked for the replacme t,"can you come pick it up?" I said no, this is why I used Uber Eats in the first place. If I could pick it up, I would have go e through the drive thru. Yes, I have a lot to do today, but I'm just fed up with the carelessness. I was always taught that a job worth doing is worth doing well. Not happening here! I follow that in my own job. Yes, people.make mistakes, but this is an ongoing thing, so someone isn't on top of their game training...
Read moreI have a daughter that works there. Her great aunt just died and and grandmother diagnosed with ALS. She needed a couple of days to get herself together.. Her manager Jamie had the nerve to tell a teenager that she should find a more compassionate job she has a business to run. Meanwhile while she is not working other teenagers that are closing are calling her because they dont know how to close. They tell her Jamie is not picking up and in text Jamie tells them "she is with family". I understand people have businesses to run but the way this one is run is not business at all its bad business. I have been going there for years but not until this is resolved. I have talked to other parents of kids that have worked there and quit because of Jamie. Not only will I be calling corporate but I will also make a call to business regulation because the amount of hours Jamie forces them to work is unreal. Jamie tries everyday possible to have these kids put there studies second and that they should do there HOMEWORK in school. This is not the store it use to be all due to Jamie. When new and better management is hired I will be back and I will make sure to spread the...
