Service at this location has been horrific lately my most recent visit is one you should be embarassed about
came in around 12:30 am ordered a diet pepsi and some traditional wings ( chipotle bbq Rub and half honey bbq sauce) now obviously your server (male forgot his name) was too buys and preoccupied talking to all his friends that were obviously there becuase he obviously didnt get it when i asked for a diet pepsi this is important seeing as IM A T2 DIABETIC EATING A KETO DIET! (so you know i only get some wings with dry rub and half with some sauce so not much in the way of carbs of course)
came home checked my blood glucose and MASSIVE blood glucose spike which i shouldnt see from eating traditional wings (only had a couple of the honey bbq wings which would have SOME carbs but not alot) and a diet soda
so the conclusion here is that your sever gave me regular soda you should be appalled that your service is so terrible that hey serve the equivalent of poison to a Diabetic that ordered a diet soda
also my last most recent visit which was horrific as well i came in aroudn 4pm was seated had to wait about 15 whole minutes for someone to come and take my order and my and the person to take my order and get my drink was the manager on duty (male short hair mid-chubby kinda guy forgot his name too) not only did he take my order and get my drink but my food had already shown up too before i even got a Traditional server to be watching over me and my drink i can never get in and out in less than a whole hour if i were on a business lunch you guys would make me late every time the level of service at this location is one for your owner/managment to...
Read moreI almost never leave reviews, especially not bad ones - but this horrible experience warrants one. I called this location today to place a simple carry out order. Marco answered the phone and asked if I can wait on hold. I was put on hold, by Marco, for 13 minutes. Marco then picked up the line asking me how he could help me. He then asked me to remain on hold, again. After waiting for another 5 minutes (18 minutes total) Marco answered the phone yet again asking how he could help. I asked for a manager at that point. He proceeded to put me on hold for another 4 minutes just to answer the line, yet again, asking how he could help. I was irate and livid at this point and demanded a manager be put on the phone immediately. He responded by saying “Oh ya that’s right, you’re the one that wanted the manager.” I was placed back on hold and after 23 minutes of waiting on hold the manager, Mike, asked if he can help. I explained the situation and he said “Oh ok, what would you like to order?” Mike did not try to resolve the issue or mitigate my frustrations whatsoever. Read moreShowed up to celebrate a friend's birthday with 9 other people and the backwards hat manager in the polo retty much set the tone for the rest of the visit. We told the hostess and server that we'd be using a small side table for more guests. Backwards hat manager came over and moved the table and said no without explanation and moved the table back. No explanation from a manager at all. Didn't apologize or provide any explanation. We finally got an answer from out waitress to why he moved the table was apparently a 6ft rule was is understandable if it were actually a social distancing issue. I have no problem complying with rules. Moving the table wouldn't of been closer to anyone especially within or close to 6ft. I'm more upset at the lack of professionalism and attitude of a manager who didn't explain his concerns. I guess his name was Doug. Doug appears to be a hard worker as I see him running food and helping drink orders. First impression of Doug would lead me to believe he isn't a manager but an upset shift leader who doesn't want to work on a Sunday.
