Arby's — Restaurant in Washington Township

Update 11/10/22 - I don’t even know what to say anymore.. this place has really went down hill.. my review below was a long time ago.. when they cared about what they were serving, when the lettuce was crispy not slimy, when the tomatoes were fresh, not mushy, when the employees served a meal that they themselves would eat.. fresh bread warm fries. Now the bread is stale, the fries were so old and hard; not good for eating but perfect for a game of darts. $19 for 2 sandwiches a small coke and small fry and the only thing even remotely edible was the soda. So utterly disappointed, I have officially given up on Arbys.. if this happens once it’s a bad night, twice maybe a few bad employers, 3, 4, 5 times you know the place is bad from the top down, and eating here anymore would be like playing Russian roulette with hepatitis!! I wouldn’t buy food here again even with someone else’s money!!!

Love their BLT... staff are awesome they made a mistake on my sandwich & not only did they fix it but they gave a card for a free sandwich on...

There is an African American guy who seems like he is The front end manager at the counter. If he is not the manager, he needs a raise ASAP! . He is full of personality, He was telling everybody what to do with the orders, talking to the kitchen.Making sure they gave me extra brown Sugar bacon for my blts. It was my friend's first time ever eating there.I was hyping her up at the door showing her that the BLT brown sugar Bacon picture is the best thing on the menu and you can't go wrong with a mint milkshake. Let me tell you the guy at the counter Saw me be a goofy 😂 & it was a whole vibe. He made our experience awesome. The staff was super friendly. If you're reading this, thank you so much for being awesome and the company needs to pay you 3x of what you're getting paid now. It's hard to find staff with personality and a very professional work ethic. Also, you need to make the brown sugar bacon BLT a permanent item....

I love Arby's but the past few months there practically robbing people! What is with the value meal sandwich sizes!? The dip and Swiss meal used to offer a half pound sandwich and a regular that was at least filling. Now they only have the regular on the menu and it's pathetic. 😒 next to the roast beef slider my 8 year old got my sandwich looks like a kids meal and costs over $11. What is wrong with you Arby's? This is more of a rant then a review but this is ridiculous. My soda was flat and watered down as well. I'm sure this will be blamed on recession and food costs but it's that's a terrible excuse for serving such small sandwiches just add $2 to the meal like every other fast food restaurant did. How about showing actual size images of the food so people can see their combo meal sandwich is basically a long thin roast...
