Last well they gave the wrong order to me through drive thru, but didn't realize mistake until back at work. Wrong size fry and they were not warm and the sandwich was not something I could eat and no time to go back then. Called and was told I could simply give my name and my order would be replaced on next visit... Today after waiting in the line that went onto road in 2 directions I was told I would have to come inside to discuss and get corrected order. Didn't have time for that after waiting in line already so just ordered something to get back on road. Y'all they messed it up again. Mistakes happen, I know, but my sandwich said no pickle right on it and guess what - PICKLES! We're talking tons of picked on my sandwich. Ew! Again my fries were not even warm. Critter food they became. Best thing out of 3x at this particular McD's is the coke. Oh and co-worker enjoyed her frappe. Sad statement. I tried calling and the gent who answered, upon hearing I had a problem with my order, asked me to hold one moment and proceeded to talk to other folks working there for several minutes including jokes and weekend plans to hang with his cousin and girl and some humming. 10 minutes later I hung up. Read moreThe employee taking orders at the drive thru cut us off before we were finished ordering and then got the second half of our order wrong.
When we got to the window, they tried to give us the wrong items and we told them that we didn't order that. They pulled up the receipt and said we'd been charged for it, so they had to refund us, which took some time since we had paid cash.
When they gave us our order the second time, it was missing something, and it turned out that the item we'd been refunded for was put on our order instead of what we actually ordered. Then we had to pay to get the original item we ordered, which took even more time.
To top it off, as we were leaving the parking lot, we realized that they had charged us for a large fry and only given us a medium.
The lady at the window who handled all of this talked down to us the whole time, and it was such a poor experience. The food also tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for quite a while.
Overall, it was a waste of time and money, and I feel bad for the people stuck in the drive-thru line behind us who had to wait 10 extra minutes for their food. Definitely won't be going back to this location...

He asked someone to show him, who I hope was not the person in charge, because he did a poor job showing him. On top of that it was just milk and coffee. No sugar free vanilla. Luke warm. I can make that at home. Second thing. The gentleman said thanks hon when he handed me my receipt. I found that very offensive. He needs to keep his homosexuality to himself. He was a nice guy but I am not of that persuasion. I don't want to be called hon by another man. Third thing. Who decorated the place. It is cold and dreary. Very little places you can sit by yourself. This used to be a good store....
