Lived here during the summer of 2018 for an internship with 3 other roommates. Pretty spacious living room and a decent open kitchen. The biggest perk is it's only like 2 or 3 blocks (like a 4 minute walk) from the Foggy Bottom station. Whole Foods is up 2-3 blocks right across from the metro, and trader joes is about a 10 minute walk away with Georgetown about a 15ish minute walk. A really great mix. I would say the only downside is that since you're on the same road (and 3 blocks away) as the GWU hospital, you'd hear constantly ambulances in the night time. But I got used to it quickly and it's nothing you can't solve by wearing headphone if it's really bothering you. This is a super safe area in my opinion and it's also near a lot of cool aspects of DC. If you're deciding whether to stay here during your internship in the summer, I'd...

Tp and trash bags not supplied (they are at my university, and for $350/week you'd think they would be). We didn't get a trashcan and had to call. On top of it, the water pressure wasn't working on our entire floor, and the guys living across from us haven't been able to shower in 3 days. Funky smell everywhere. Giving two stars because at least the cleaning staff are very friendly, but the woman on the phone was very short with us. Would stay elsewhere if I was interning...
