An Uncommon Cafe — Restaurant in Washington

1st time, long wait, but the food was good. 2nd time, longer wait, because there was only 1 person taking orders AND cooking. They also forgot my dressing on the side side. 3rd time, even LONGER waiteith 3 people behind the counter ! They then proceeded to give me someone else's order that had left (probably decided the wait was too long), they assured me that the burger was still hot, just off the grill. It wasn't!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I can see why they stayed shut down for such a long period after all businesses started to open back up. The food is never really good. It’s like bad DFAC (military cafeteria) food and will have your stomach hurting or have you sick. mediocre food. Priced by weight. Good for quick cheap breakfast of eggs and coffee. Poorly managed. Air was down for months in 2015 and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Management did not fix the air until D.C, Health Department shut them down. Currently one of the entry doors is broken and as a result it is often cold and employees often wear heavy coats.
