As wedding professionals, we can't say enough good things about DACOR Bacon House as a venue! If you're a fan of local and national history, then the location has tons of it. Want to get married outside in the middle of DC, DACOR Bacon House has a lovely patio space that is perfect for outdoor ceremonies -- you get the fresh air and good vibes of being outside, and the walls and trees give you some seclusion and protection from the sun. And Meg and the rest of the team are amongst the nicest people we've ever had the pleasure to work with!

A Hidden Gem for Networking – Elegance Meets History I attended a networking event at DACOR Bacon House and was genuinely impressed. The space is beautifully decorated, filled with historic charm and quiet sophistication. One of the highlights was the grand piano in the main room, topped with framed portraits of eight former U.S. Secretaries of State—an elegant nod to diplomacy and legacy.

Was there for a private event. A memorial, so I wasn't taking pictures. We'd originally thought it was a private house. We parked around the corner and saw a very cool driveway with center steps. I had to capture that. Once inside, I looked out and realized the driveway went to this property. Elegant, old school place, renovated with history in mind.

Great event space for 150-200 people events. I went here for a graduation gala. The event space has an out door area which is great. It has a gathering space as soon as you enter and a library and a wide open room for setting up anything you need there.
